Many wonderful pieces of advice in this book. The CALM technique and mirroring in general are valuable components of healthy communication between parents and children. I’d recommend this book hands down. Now, how to get hubby to read it too... 🤔

FANTASTIC parenting book, every parents must read. Have read a lot of parenting books and this trumps them all!
