Dear Beautiful: Let's Do Life God's Way: Discovering the Source of True Success and Contentment
"If only I knew 20 years ago what I know now". The sounds of regret at lost opportunities and a foregone chance at "success". However, I’ve learned that perspective is everything. Over the past 20 years, through various trials, mistakes, disappointments, and life experiences, seeming "set-backs” were in actuality “set-ups” for my current knowing who I am in God.
My desire now is to encourage and admonish women to know their purpose in this life, no longer deceived by society's standards of what true success and contentment should look like. The great news is that it will look different for each of us. We are unique, created and destined for feats and accomplishments quite different than the next woman. This will put an end to comparison, discontentment, and wondering, “What is my purpose”. After reading this book, you’ll be set on a path to discover why you were created and move forward developing strategic plans to apply this knowledge in all areas of your spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and financially. God deals with the whole person and wants to see you walk in who He has called you to be. Anything less is the very definition of failure.
They say, "When you know better, you do better", and after reading this book, you'll be empowered to apply what you've learned to enrich not only your life, but the lives of countless women all around you. So, Dear Beautiful, let's build a community together of likeminded women desiring to be who God has called them to be, so in 20 years we can arm the next generation with this same knowledge to walk in their God-given destines. Who is Julene Amerson? She is a mother, minister, writer, avid reader, military veteran, lover of politics, world traveler, and one dedicated to helping other women realize and fulfil their potential in this life.
