For as much stress and turmoil Desiree put me through during this series, the ending was a bit lackluster. I don’t feel like I received the closure that I needed with these couples and still have a lot of unanswered questions.
I know these characters continue in Carter Girls but even with a continuation series I do feel that some sort of closure should have been provided before we moved on.
I’m not sure I’m in the mood at the moment to read the next 5 books of their journey but maybe later.
Had I read this series in 2016 it would have been a home run but at my big age in 2024 it was a hot mess and I wanted no parts of the foolishness.
Trent and Elijah still have not redeemed themselves in my eyes and I don’t know if that will change.
I’d love to see more from Jaheim and Tia as well as Shiloh and Noelle.
Until I decide on whether or not I will reading the next series I guess I’ll have to settle with these felling I have.

This series just continues to get better. I thought Olivia was going to be a character that I liked until she flipped on her opinion of Jade. Hanging with the gays was too funny. I'm not liking Taylor she 's showing her unstable and stupid side. Trent ain't learned a darn thing. I was pulling for him and Jade to work it out, but she can do so much better. I hope in the next series she gets her story with a dude that is ride or die and worthy of her. There was hope for E&J, until E revealed what he did. That has got to come out in the next series. Shiloh is still the Carter of my choice. But as we all know with these Carter Boys things change with the quickness. But hopefully at least one of the seven can be a honorable man and keep it real with his mate, please.

This has potential to be a great book, if it wasn't for all of the errors. After reading the first 3(with errors) I went ahead to finish the series. Good book, could have had better editing.

Okay ending
This was an okay ending to a great series. I was a little disappointed and wanted more, were they Jahiems babies? Did Shiloh ever marry Noelle?

Good Read !!!
Part 4 kept my attention through out . These Carter boys are a mess but you got to love them . I'm upset it finished at 85% in to the book that was really annoying .

This one cleared up a lot of things! Trent was a F boy, Olivia is nuts and a druggy, Shiloh, Elijah and Jaheim have a lot of issues, Shiloh carrying the most hurt! It was a really good read for real just needed a good editor!

I started off reading "For the love of ATL" and became hooked on this author. At first I wasn't interested in the Carter boys because I assumed it was all about guys senseless drama but I was completely wrong. It included alot of girlfriend and baby momma drama too lol. This last book I admit to laughing out loud and becoming teary eyed within some of the chapters. You get more in-depth in the story, as a little bit of history explains why some of the carter boys behave the way they do. Alot was left unanswered so I'm definitely going to move on to the Carter girls to find out what happens next. I hope someone intervenes into the life of Olivia before it's too late, I really did like her and was shocked that she was living a double life.

What a ending to a great series. With all the drama going on the carter men manage to make it work and come together but it ain't easy. Trent is never gonna do right until he meets the right one that dogs him out like he did jade and Taylor. Olivia is a sneaky one but they love their sister. Elijah is a trip love him and freaky jordyn together. Trell and tyree are good. Jaheim and tia are expecting 3 girls. Shiloh reveals his issues with his mother and he protects his siblings no matter, and being with noelle. Anthony and talin are family men so they help the younger ones with relationship advice. The carter family is crazy but they stick together

Got through it..
Book four was whoa...so drama filled it was hard to fathom. Glad Trent ended up alone. Elijah FINALLY got his mess of a life together and stopped frontin on my gurl Jordyn. Shiloh such a complicated man, disappointed he didn't handle his sister though. Tia well what can you say, even a hoe gets tamed now and then. Jade, mixed feelings about her but glad she didn't take Trent's butt back. Glad Noelle stuck it out with Shiloh. And Trell and Tyree just gotta love them. Gonna try these Carter Girls next... If you can deal with the southern slang, harsh language and violence, then this series is for you. I can say I actually enjoyed it

The Carter Boys…
Hands down Shiloh is my favorite. I think I like everything about him. I really can't believe that's the end. I want to read more about them. Desiree you can give us more. Trent got just what he deserved. What happened with Olivia and especially with what's going on with the situation with her stealing Shiloh's money. Jordyn and Elijah were made for each other. I want to know who the triplets belong too. I could go on and on about why we need another book. Also we didn't learn or hear much from Anthony and Talin.

This series really went out with a bang! I'm glad that Tia & Jaheim made amends to raise their children together. Jodie and Jordyn finally got their relationship solid by just being with each other. Trent was a selfish and players so that will never change. He doesn't know what he wants so he can commit to anyone which sounds about right. Glad Taylor got someone to like her for her and not using her like Trent. Glad Shiloh and Noelle fought through all the craziness that was trying to tear them apart. Great finale!!!! Loved it!!!!

Well, I loved this soap opera novel also. No sense in denying it. Shiloh, Elijah, Trent, Takin, Anthony Jahiem , Ontrell, and my favorite Mr. Tyree....what can you say???? The character development of these guys was great. On to the next novel by this author...I love your writing

Great read!
I loved this series. I am kind of sad that the series has ended. The Carter Boys series makes you want to read all day! I love how Elijah finally stop running from Jordan. I do wish there could have been more details about Olivia evil behind.

Good series
Good book. ..keep wanting to read no matter what time it was...couldn't hardly put it down . She did great writing this series. My favorite was Shiloh... I just love the relationship between all the boys.

I absolutely loved this series, and is sad this is the finale of The Carter Boys, I have laughed, cried, and gotten angry. Being able to relate is why I've enjoyed reading this book, and most definitely will be suggesting it...

Great ending
This was hands down...a great series.Man, I wanted Trent and Jade to get back together. Once Jade came to the hospital to see Trent, I thought he was going to win her back.

OMG
Oh what an ending. The storyline kept my attention from the beginning to the end. The Carter Boys are something else. This series will have you laughing and crying. All I got say is if you don't have this series, you are missing out on a good read.

I love these characters and their personalities. I enjoyed reading their series, however I feel like I have a lot of unanswered questions. So it is my hope that they will be answered in the Carter Girls series!

This Series!!!! If you like loyal, toxic, romance, drama, family times, dysfunction, love, generational trauma with a cast of characters unlike anything you've ever read, you still might not be ready for Them Carters!!!

The last book of this series. A great series. Lies, secrets, drama, and just the craziness of a big family with siblings with different parents. I will say my heart was heavy for Shiloh. Trent, the youngest was simply a selfish, thoughtless, manipulative man hoe.
