The battle with Moran didn't have quite the outcome Tessa had hoped for. After being killed by Moran she's brought back from the dead only to have to leave her world behind. Moran can't know she survived the attack, and her parents break the news that she's going to be going to earth for a while... and that she'll be living with her identical twin sister. Life on earth is hard for both Tessa and Tempest. Tempest knows nothing about human culture and is in way over his head. Tessa has to learn to be human again, and not use her powers, and having a sister is not going like she thought it would. But when Moran threatens her world once again Tessa goes back against the wishes of everyone. Moran is growing more desperate and Tessa has to come up with a plan before he destroys her world and earth. Follow Tessa's journey in the second installment as she races to find Moran and put a stop to him, and along the way meets new people, uncovers more secrets that have been kept from her, and faces lies at every turn.

Into the Shadows is a gripping sequel that picks up where Lucky Strike left off. With her friends and family still by her side, Tessa faces new twists and turns as her relationships deepen and her battle with Moran intensifies.
