كتب الإدارة وتطوير الذات أكثر من أن تحصى، لكن ما يميز كتاباً ما بين كل هذا الغثاء هو أمرين:
1- الأصالة
2- البساطة
وفي هذا الكتاب لم أجد الأولى، لكني وجدتُ الثانية، قصة المؤلف مُلهمة وهي كفيلة بأن تُشعل فيك فتيل الأمل والعزم

الفكرة الأهم التي خرجتُ منها هي: لا تنتظر الكمال لتبدأ أي مشروع في حياتك فإن هذه اللحظة لن تأتي.
ابدأ من موقعك الآن، من وضعك الحالي أياً كان ولو بشيء بسيط ومع الوقت يتحسن.

تريد بناء جسم مثالي؟ قم بأول تمارين استطالة لمدة 3 دقائق
لا أنكر أنّ المؤلف مفرط في التفاؤل قليلاً ولا ألومه فالبيئة التي نشأ بها تؤثر على أفكار المرء، لذا لا تأخذ كل كلامه على محمل الجدّ.
الجميل في الكتاب أنه مع نهاية كل فصل هناك خطوات عملية عليك أن تلتزم بها، وفي آخر الكتاب "كرّاس" لمدة 6 أسابيع للانضباط الشخصي.
أحببت الكتاب حقاً.

I was not a fan of self-development books until I read this.
The book helps you change the way you think and thus the way you behave, so, even if you did not follow what's provided step by step, it can still be useful.
It contains practical guidance and you can get back to it whenever you're struggling to set a new goal and work on it.

للمرة الأولى أحب وأستفيد من كتاب تنمية بشرية بشكل كبير
كتاب تنمية بشرية ولكن مختلف عن الكتب الأخرى ، كنا أنه لا يحتوي فقط على الجانب النظري وإنما أيضا على الجانب العملي التطبيقي
كتاب رائع وعباراته محفزة أيضا
رائع وبإمكانه تغيير حياتك للأفضل إن طبقته بشكل صحيح

There’s some autobiographical parts about the author’s life, like the creation and growth of his gym business, and charity. It covers topics/themes such as exercising, meditation, sleep, reframing, setting goals, finding inspiration, mindset, time management, and getting over procrastination. There’s questions, and space to fill out or leave notes.

Superb. Takes you through setting and achieving goals and WHY you need to do it. Right through to the basics of having a morning routine.

This book is an excellent practical guide to personal growth. Having spent the last year investing time and effort learning different personal growth strategies through books, online courses and workshops, this book is an excellent summary of all I learned. I highly recommend you start with this book and commit to the exercises, you'll definitely be in a better place by the time you finish.
