I have read the three books and enjoyed them. Good to have them in a stand alone read.

Wow and not in a good way
There's no story what so ever. The whole series is in this book however the first book is a few pages. The sentences within those few pages is ridiculous. I do NOT recommend this book. Just save your time.

This one has so many elements I like and I feel it deserves better rating for the plot being much better than many. Hero is heroine's boss and he is obsessed with her and she s naive enough not to notice, he tried to advance her in many ways and failed then when she told him she is getting married he lost his mind and used all dirty tricks to force her into marrying him and blackmailed her a lot to submit to his wills. whenever she tries to leave he comes with something new to blackmail her or crush her. At some point he tried to redeem himself but then his former mistress exposes his manipulations to heroine and heroine started connecting dots to get the full image of his manipulative acts so all his evil doing suddenly turned back on him. Some good grovel and hea.

Absolute trash, don’t waste your time reading this bullshit, if I could I would give it negative stars, it was horrible. The male lead (I refuse to call him a hero) it the absolute worst. There was no redemption arc, just some crap excuses as to why he was such a dipshit.

Ok. I didn't like the style of writing but still I will give 5 stars because I loved the plot and I liked the first book enough to buy the second and liked the second enough to buy the third. Still if you hate cruel dark heroes with hea then this one is not for you. The hero is absolutely terrible but I liked it.
Demetrio is so much in love with Jinna who was planning to end her contract with him and marry another man. She's working for him but always turn him down so he does terrible things out of despair as her wedding to another man was close. He bullies her into cancelling the wedding then manipulates her into sleeping with him then bullies her into marriage. She thinks he maltreated her because he despises her and he was over the top bully and tyrant. I found it crazy and interesting after all.

Bad translation
This book was just ruff. Maybe it was better in the original language, but I doubt it. There was no detail, no depth to the characters ot the story. Just a frustrating read. Don't waste your time on this one.
