This cookbook does a couple of things right, it has a well defined regional approach to recipes and flavors as well as a focus in individual chefs and their artistry. The downside, for me, is that it is almost entirely meat oriented. being a vegetarian I found few recipes of any use to me.
This is a very interesting recipe book exploring regional recipes in Mexico. This highlights local specialities. The chefs featured are from fancy restaurants as well as street venues.
