Free on audible- I liked the narration. This is a re-telling of one of Aesop's fables. I've heard the story before, but I enjoyed this version. This book could be used in teaching kids that everyone, no matter their size, has a purpose. It could also be useful to combat bullying in the elementary years.

It's a cute story about a smart mouse and a mighty lion realizing that even the littlest of friends are worth having.

This is a story we have all heard at one point where the mighty lion spares a tiny mouse. The lion is later saved by the tiny mouse when he falls into a hunter’s trap. The simple story has a lot of lessons and can provide a lot of great discussion points with children. I think there are reasons and purposes behind a lot of these old stories and they offer a great deal of entertainment.

Like theater in audio
It feels like it is larger than life for a less than ten-minute audiobook, but justifiably so because it carries a grand lesson: to never forget to give back to people who spared you or made you suceed. This indeed makes a good story to let children listen to.

This is a wordless book, which I do not like very much. I did like the illustrations and the flexibility of the book. My favorite thing about this book is how every students can change the story to reflect what their thought processes.
