Since reading this book I have shared it with colleagues and reviewed my notes several times. I don't agree with a couple political assertions made in the book, as the author enumerated 50 truths about decision making I was able to recollect on past lessons learned, shape ideas on how to structure better decision making in the future, and re-evaluate conclusions I have previously made. Very enlightening and something I will use as a reference in the future.

A clever little book that provides simple one-day reads to follow. The scope of this books covers all forms of different ways of looking at problems and making decisions. If you are someone that likes to find new ways of understanding something then this little guide will show you numerous ways of seeing one thing in a thousand views.

Maybe you are a manager looking to improve your staff or someone who runs a small company and would like to get more out of your people, then you should have them read a page or two every other day from this book and you might start to see some much needed changes happen.

This book series also covers a number of other areas so if your interested in how the book is structured then be sure to check out some of their other titles.

Maybe it doesn't rank as a 'classic' book but it is good. it has a lot to offer a reader who can adopt what is presented to their own situations. Personally, I would have relied less on anecdotes and added some hard data, maybe even something similar to a case study or two. But that would have slowed down the book dramatically and probably driven away a lot of readers.
