A book I've been meaning to read for some time. Very well wrote book and fair play for pulling it all together. I'm not a GAA fan so I found quite alot of the book talking about gaa matches, teams players and leagues which at times I found challenging....but that was to be expected given the nature of the book.

Really important book about the internal struggle that people with depression suffer with and how it's important to enjoy the things you do.
