Fantastic clean mysteries!

The characters are wonderful and fun. The plots are extraordinary. I love this series. My only concern is they need to be edited better, for detail changes and word usage.

Not my cup of tea

Thinking witch copies are not my style. I just seem to find the characters flat and uninteresting. The murders seem very contrived.

Three books, three words: funny, magical and clean

I got these on kindle unlimited, but I'm buying them. For myself and my granddaughters! They are three standalone stories that reading together, makes even more fun because you get to enjoy the characters longer. I like that the magic is mostly herbal or internal, that you hear the bad guys side too, and can only wish for some of Joy's recipes.

The first three books of Hemlock Cove will firmly draw you into the series. Grace, Hope, and Joy Angelo are middle aged and run a bakery in Hemlock Cove....and they are also capable of practicing witchcraft. The eldest Hope is virtually a hermit after the love of her life died in Vietnam, Joy the main baker is married to Nathaniel her 'handy' man cum whatever she needs him to be, and the youngest Grace, a retired police officer.
The women find bodies, solve problems and mysteries in humorous tales. I received my copy free, and have read two previously and loved them.

Witches After My Own Heart

I selected this rating because it was very good read. I loved the connection between the cat and dog when helping their owners. It was an easy read because it was interesting to try solving the murders. I will be reading any further books in this series.

1st book was okay but the other two were great

The books were enjoyable and quick reads. I've read the Harley hill series from the same author and while they're much better, this one's worth a one-time read.

Cute quirky mysteries

I enjoyed the light reading in the mornings when I wake up before my alarm and at night before sleeping. The pace is quick and the stories are well planned. Good length for a busy person wanting a light fun read (with bodies)

Great for young readers

If you have a child of 13 or older this would be great stories for for them to read. As an adult it is okay. But slow. This is my opinion.
