Great Series and i loved it
I have enoyed this book. Great story and character were great. It helped that i have read the other books in this series as well as the other books about these people.

This is my review and how I see it. In Joaquin's Saving Grace, author Serena Simpson's story is about two people meeting each other at a time where each has lost hope of ever discovering or finding love. Each has given up hope regarding thier respective situations.
Joaquin an alien of two different species of alien was dying and wanted to go out his own way, and as he was barrelling toward his end, Grace popped up in his mind. He did not know Grace, but he knew that she was special to him in some way.
Grace was living with a curse, that was passed down to every female born in her family. A curse that seems to consume others as it burns out of control when the family member turns thirty. She has lived has a firestarter for all of her life and does not want to hurt others.
I enjoyed reading this story and my favorite parts (1) Joaquin stayed with Grace has the fire consumed her and he told the story of what thier life would be like together and (2) when Joaquin was told that that he could leave the trail, but would not leave without Grace. If he could not leave with Grace then he would give up beinging a ruler of his kind as well as the kindness he showed to those who did nothing while his mother made the sacrifice to save thier lives.
It was good to see Daimen and Nicholas from the "Love Me Harder" series even if it was only for a second.

Joaquin and Grace
This was a nicely written storyline about two young people who have faced personal trials to reach their goals. For Grace it was dealing with a past that would would contain a family curse that could ruin her future chance at love and happiness. For Joaquin, the future held many trials and tribulations. Together they were able to overcome all the obstacles and find happiness.
I would recommend this book to be the read by people who like a good romance with a little action put in it.
