He's probably the most interesting character from the Speed Racer TV show, and making him a spy for a secret organization was an interesting concept, but the story fell flat. While I found it clever to pattern the art off the 1950s TV show, it doesn't have the more modern appeal, and the stories were cheesey and hard to follow.

Stories are alright; art is rather basic but serviceable. Has Racer X work for like a spy organization foiling bad guys.

This was really inconsistent and formulaic for cold-war spy fiction in the 80s. The art wasn't the worst I've seen, but it wasn't enough to carry the narrative. Overall: Eh.
