This is from Carter's POV pre meeting Tim. It's just a little bit sad because he's feeling like a third wheel with Benny and Zeke, but I loved how we got to see into Carter's head space.

It was wonderful seeing Carter and Zeke hanging out again and it was not wonderful seeing Lance, even though it was good to understand that relationship a little more.

Wonderful! All the books in this series are feel good reads. Entertaining, fun and charming. I was not in the mood for any heavy reading and this series fit the bill perfectly!

There are 3 novels and several shorts (which are free on the authors website) in the series and the characters all show up in the other stories but are not integral to the other books; however, all the stories are worth reading in order.

This series follows the "Better Than" series. Again, they are not truly integral to each other but really should be read in order. Once I realized the Kind Of series was based on a character loosely from the Better Than series, I stopped and started from the very beginning - it was worth it!
