Yes, Kate Kent's book is a hilarious page turner. This a quick and fun read that will have you laughing out loud. And yes, the book is fantastic. But the best part about the book is that as the girls guides you through their encounters with their mate. They do it with humility, wit and intelligence. Most people have had a dream of walking up to their mate and expressing love and admiration for that star. It's amazing to read about someone who took that dream and turned it in to a reality, while remaining grounded, respectful, and can laugh at herself. The book left me with a big smile on my face, anxious for more stories. Bravo. In general I'm enjoying these stories. The characters and landscape come alive. Kate has a sense of people and personality. Her attitudes reflect in the characters and the storyline. My biggest surprise was the suspense and humor. What is working for me is to mingle the stories and characters from the other storylines I am enjoying to read. Blair Snyder and five of her beautiful, sassy friends are fed up with their love lives or the fact they don't have one. The women decide to form a 'Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club'. But now that it's Blair's turn she isn't sure she wants to take it. She is ready for love, but she has a definite kind in mind, she wants to make sure the man is opposite of her brothers and sexy gorgeous bison shifter
Sheriff Mike Connors is her ideal.
I like these stories, they are some of the best short stories and when it comes to hearty paranormal romance stories Kate Kent writes with such ability, her mastery of these characters combined with her development of the characters and the world she has created is a constant amazement throughout the books. It puts the reader right inside the storyline and I can hear the sounds and see the pictures as I read. I felt the tenderness and sense of falling in love with the main characters. It's unbelievable entertainment. I love that Ms Kent always has some surprise and even though the readers expect something, she still manages to surprise the readers. I am a fan of every genre she writes. This is a fantastic book to add to your TBR list .
If you believe in the world of paranormal romance, the possibilities are endless and fascinating!

Book four of the Curvy mail order bride’s club series and its Blair’s turn to meet her match. I have to say that book four is my favourite! I love how instant the connection is between Blair and Mike. I will say that I was slightly disappointed that Blair’s personality didn’t come through a bit more. In the previous books, Blair has been loud and outspoken but in her own book she came across quiet and a bit meek. I loved Mike! I wish I could have read his point of view though. I loved his take-charge attitude and the way he stuck up for Blair against her brothers and their name-calling. I really liked this book and I definitely will be reading it again in the future.

This series is awesome. It is about some curvy girls who got together and made a dating site. This site is curvy women for shifters. I just love stories like this. It has been a while I have read any of this books in this seres. Each book is a standalone. I myself had read them in order.
In this story Blair Snyder is next in line to be match with a shifter. She is beautiful and curvy but has some pretty crappy brothers. Reading of the names they call her just makes me mad. I wanted to reach in the book and slap them around.
Sheriff Mike Connors has his hands full. He is not only a sheriff but also a Bison shifter. He has been investigating the murders and attempted murder going on at Kirby Labs. The moment he saw Blair he knew she was the one for him. I just loved the moment Portia finally introduced him as Blairs mate chose. The hunger Mike feels for Blair will sweep you off your feet.
I just loved Blairs dad. He was truly a great guy even though he had his son’s taking advantage of him. You have to wonder how he had such a wonderful daughter and the other two came out so messed up.
This was a great story and glad I got a chance to read the book.

Quick and awesome read!!!
This was an amazing and awesome read. I was actually laughing at one point. Blair was a character I could relate to, and as for her matched mate (that was the part I was laughing at) she assumed one thing, while trying to convince Portia she was interested in someone and didn't want to be matched anymore, she did get her man or should I say Bison.
Blair's brothers were another story...they were quite mean and have always been mean to her and calling her names; her bison set them straight and I was very proud of how it was handled without violence.

I was given a copy of this book without expectation of anything in return .I absolutely love Kate Kent's books full of humor ,emotion and surprises these books have me hooked .In Bison Bliss we meet Blair a ‘Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club" member and her match and this story doesn't disappoint I gasped , sighed and laughed and couldn't put this book down my only complaint with this story is that it ended .

The more I read this series the more I think that Msg and Ray had something to do with the deaths and the poisonings surrounding the F virus. I'm also glad Blair's dad put his foot down finally with his sons.

Good story
I loved the characters and the Beefy Bison Mike who steals the heart of Blair.
The overall story flowed nicely and there was a little humor to keep the story going.

In the Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club it's Blaire's turn to meet her mate. While she is excited to meet her mate, she has her heart set on the Sheriff of Kirby, Mike Connors. When she meets Portia to meet her mate she mistakes a coworker of Portia's as her mate, before in walks Mike. Mike knows he wants Blaire as his mate. The Bison shifter and Blaire are great together and Mike will do anything to make her happy including saving her idiot brothers. Another good book in this series and I can't wait to see who Portia's mate will be. I received an ARC from the author.

Kate Kent is an amazing author. I love her work. I look forward to reading all her books. She knows how to get to the point and quick. Her books are basically short stories and they are fast reads, they get the point across and you are absorbed into them and then suddenly you are at the end and wanting more. “Bison’s Bliss” is the 4th book in her Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club and it is AMAZING!!!! There is nothing like a big man to take control and show you that you are special!!!!! Book is recommended by me and it is for mature readers 18 years of age or older. You cannot go wrong with this book.

I do love the Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club series, but I found this one to be a tad short and lacking information relevant to the story. For example I would have liked to read some more about Mike and Blair's romance, it was too fast to the marriage with no information as is usually the case in Ms. Kent's stories.. I also would have liked to read more about the mystery surrounding the deaths of the Kirby Labs employees, there is something big going on there, although she did give us a hint as to who might be behind it. Ms. Kent is not lacking in the story telling though and she does keep us wondering and thinking.
It's Blair's turn to get a mate and wouldn't you know it, but it's the same hunk that caught her eye at the meeting with Sheriff Mike Conner at Frisco's Restaurant. Who you ask? The very same Sheriff and she caught his eye too that night. Will this curvy girl start losing pounds now that she will be mated to a bison Shifter...They are vegetarian you know.... LoL
I look forward to the next mating, I'm just as anxious as the girls to see who Fran is matched up with.

Blair Snyder (the 4th woman in the 'Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club' to get mated) had decided to tell Portia that she didn't want her to find her a mate at their lunch because she had met someone she was interested in when he came to their weekly meeting to talk to the group. Mike Connors the Sheriff of Kirby was everything she ever dreamed of (she thinks) , if only he could be interested in someone like her. to her surprise Portia tells her she has a mate and he is coming to me her right now (according to the text she got before they even ordered). She is shocked at who it is when they meet. You get to see it develop ,fast maybe, from their meeting to wedding date. I loved how he dealt with the way her brothers treated her. I love this series of books about Curvy ladies finding the love of their lives and to be treated how a curvy lady should be treated!
Blair has no problem being a curvy girl however since her mother died her brothers have been calling her every fat name they can think of and she just grins and bears it!

The curvy Girls are continuing to get their mates of their dreams. This is Blair’s story and her mate Mike. Each of these books are self-contained and yet still part of a series. With some twist to each story and a bit of action and adventure thrown in. And a couple of spoiled brothers that will have to learn a new way of things. Well written and enjoyable to read.

Okay, not the best of this series
I don't remember the other books in this series being so short. Kind of choppy with the characters too, the brothers specifically. They don't really seem to be needed.

Blair and Mike were faced paced and fun. There was another Kirby Labs related death. mike being the Sheriff in Kirby we get a little more info on what is going on and who the real suspects are. We’re still left with a mystery though.
