This Bible contains the text of the King James Version, originally published in 1611. One characteristic of this version is its use of italics. The Raised "R" beside a word denotes a Read-Along Reference which lists at the end of the verse other passages which have similar meanings or further bearing on the word or phrase indicated.

What can I say about the most famous/popular book ever in existence? This is truly a love story about a loving God and his creation. Not wanting to lose any one person, he sent his Son, Jesus, who was rejected and crucified, but who rose again on the third day in fulfillment of the Scriptures. Because of this we sinners can be accepted into heaven. John 3:16 says it clearly;

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

We were given free will upon creation and thereby have a choice to make; will we receive the gift of eternal life or will we reject it, thereby being eternally separated from God? It’s a choice we all have to make. But make it now before it’s too late.
