Everything isn't always what it seems to be. Ruthless as Hot Shot ( Jason Gaines) was l would have never thought that he was an under cover agent for the FBI and JT is his boss. He played everybody even Nola he set her family up. He did look out for Cotton that was good thing he been through enough especially what happened to Meosha. This book should've ended differently never found out who killed Hot Shot family and will he tell Nola the truth

Whoa! This storyline was amazing and full of surprises. Character development was thoughtfully developed. All the ladies will love Hot Shot. A beautiful romance tucked between the streets, and secrets. I enjoyed this five star read and recommend to all who enjoy reading that will cause you to think outside the box. Excited to see what Hot Shot is up to in the next installment. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Woooowwww... There were a lot of twists and turns throughout this book, but I DID NOT see the plot twist coming. Oooohhhh boy. Hot Shot is definitely a piece of work, and if you're the type to fall for Book Bae's, he'll probably be one of you tops. At least before the plot twist happens. Or maybe even afterwards. LOL
