Fantastic book and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This is the first book I've read by Fleur and I wasn't disappointed; she's delivered an intense yet action packed book.
There's a massive fire in Laura's backyard and she sees a man in the flames. Miraculously, he survives but little does she realise that his very presence will cause chaos in her life.
I really enjoyed this book; it was exciting and intense. Jace's love for Laura echoes beautifully throughout. He's adamant to protect her but will his best be enough? This book had lots of suspense, mystery and action. Urban grossed and creeped me out and Cherry, well he just frightened me especially, when he reveals why everyone calls him cherry. I liked Jace: I swear when he was running fast with Laura on his back, I physically felt sick just thinking about it lol. When Laura threw up her breakfast all over Cherry: I started wondering which was worse: smelling their disgusting rotten breath or the smell of vomit lol.
The book ends on a cliffhanger - so be prepared.

Enjoying this series a lot
This series has been a Nice change of pace for me. It's fun to go back in time be in love so deeply that you will do anything for that taste one more time. Let your imagination float away.

This series keeps getting better and better.
I read "The Edge" at a different time, and so I had to wait for "Broken" to come out. It felt like I would never get to find out what happens to Laura and Jace. This book was one awesome ride on the fine line between good and evil. I loved all the action, but what I enjoyed the most was Jace's desire to be married before consumating his relationship with Laura. It is sweet, or angelic. The ending left me wanting the next installment. I borrowed this book through Kindle Unlimited.

Such an emotional story, I didn't know whether to smile or be angry. Plenty of action, don't want to give to many details away but Jace and Laura are in for another run in with the Fallen. Let's just say it's a good thing I read it on my tablet cus the ending WOW I wanted to toss the suckered across the room lol.

Broken is a furious action packed love story that ends in a heartbreaking cliffhanger. One can only hope that the love between Jace and Laura will survive in the coming books.

The book starts off a little after the first one you don't really miss anything in between. Which is really nice.

Laura is kidnapped and it is Jase's mission to find her and protect her. This book was action packed to say the least. You keep turning the pages to see what happens before you get there because you want to know what happens.

Jase is from Canada just like me I thought that was awesome. My name also being Laura so it was like I was in the book lol

I didn't like cherry in the first book an I didn't like him even more in this one. I also didn't like Urban in the first one but now I feel like he has kind of redeemed himself in a way.

Ok can we talk about the last chapter?! That cliffhanger?! Why?! Oh my goodness it's just to much I need to get the 3rd book now so I can know what happens. Lol
