Not good in too many ways. Inconsistent characterizations and goals. Protagonist luck levels on max. Lack of plot depth. Etc. Unfortunately, it seems like there could be a good story underneath all of this mess so it may take some time to realize that it really isn't going to get any better. The not bad parts are anomalies and they won't evolve into good or great.
