Okay, my opinion: I thought the book started of really slow and I was quite frankly confused, a lot. But I’m so glad I continued and eventually finished the book. Such a good story and I think an interesting view on this piece of history. I remember reading the first chapter and being really confused, but after reading the whole book and choosing to read that chapter again, I have such different feelings to the written words. The first time I was so confused about her reaction to zal of what was told to her, but when I read it the second time I completely understood her side of it. So, I would recommend reading the first chapter again, after finishing the book, and looking at how your feelings changed after reading and understanding the whole story. Overall a great book.

Spannende Einblicke in eine römische Ehe in einer sehr turbulenten Zeit!

Habe natürlich die deutsche Version gelesen.
