In this easy-to-use book, readers will learn that not all debt is bad debt and figure out which debt to keep, which debt to get rid of, and how to get rid of it easily. New chapters for the 2nd edition feature current information on:
The new bankruptcy laws Cleaning up credit reports Handling college loans How to deal with predatory lending practices
I picked up very little useful information from this work. Sorry but you would have to be a complete idiot to follow the advice of this book. At the time I read it I was really committed to beating my student loans (proud to say that I did in fact pay off all of my student loans). Among the many pieces of advice sprinkled in this work the author includes a chapter on bankruptcy; i.e. just throw in the towel.
