I picked up very little useful information from this work. Sorry but you would have to be a complete idiot to follow the advice of this book. At the time I read it I was really committed to beating my student loans (proud to say that I did in fact pay off all of my student loans). Among the many pieces of advice sprinkled in this work the author includes a chapter on bankruptcy; i.e. just throw in the towel.
