An incredulous Chang races against time to prevent the future, as he knows it, from happening. At the cost of starting a nuclear war with China, Ron has to decide if he believes Chang's far fetched story and betray his country to save humanity. A young Chen is suddenly thrust in the middle of a possible nuclear war with the Americans as he scrambles to intercept a revolutionary jet that has just nuked an unmarked target in China. Brad, on the other hand, understands that some dreams are not worth pursuing.
