Dramat z 1949 roku ukazuje różne postawy Niemców wobec nazizmu w czasie II wojny światowej. Akcja rozgrywa się w domu niemieckiej rodziny. Profesor Sonnenbruch wybrał wewnętrzną emigrację. Nie popierał nazizmu, ale też nie walczył z nim. Willy był zaangażowanym hitlerowcem, oficerem SS. Komunista Joachim Peters zaś czynnym antynazistą. Podstawowym zagadnieniem dramaty jest dyskusja wokół stanowiska profesora. Ostateczną konkluzję stanowi krytyka jego postawy.

Left-wing activist before WWII, he spend the war in the German POW camps. In the years 1945-1948 he was a Deputy Minister of Culture and Art. Leon Kruczkowski has also held positions of the Deputy to Polish Parliament (1946 - 1956) and was member of the Polish Council of State.

4.75⭐ przykład tego że wojna, a raczej ludzie w nią wciągnięci, nie są czarno biali, a odzwierciedlają się w wielu odcieniach szarości. Dramat Kruczkowskiego daje dużo do myślenia na temat zachowań ludzkich wobec rodziny, społeczeństwa i państwa

I loved the structure of this play, how paths of all characters join at one point and each of them has their own personality and way of thinking. The authors plants some thought in the reader's mind but the further reflection is up to them, especially thanks to the open ending.

I will write a little bit about this nation and its economics.
It will be pure scientific, historical and economic and based on the truth; internet data.
The science has no nationality, and my personal attachment to this nation plays no role.
Nowadays, the money that the Germans robbed during World War II is almost used.
That was more than a few thousand tons of gold and several hundreds kilograms of diamonds, etc.
They paid - after the war - no single compensation to the nations in Eastern Europe.
They were shooting at intelligent Poles like at the ducks - Poland needs more than one hundred years to revive their intellectual elites exterminated by the Germans in World War II.
The crimes were committed by Germans, not by Nazis or aliens. That's obvious. They try to evade the responsibility. Nazism was the ideology known by a small percentage of German society... 3-5%
More than half a million works of art were stolen only from Poland.
46 000 railway wagons loaded mainly with precious furniture, carpets and other artifacts were robbed from Warsaw before its complete destruction in the summer of 1944.
200 000 Polish children were kidnapped to be Germanized in Germany after the war.
The modern German TV (N24 Doku) says about this number: "more than 10 000" (sic!).
The city center of Manchester was heavily bombed during the war.
The German Wikipedia states that only the airplane factories at Trafford were bombed.
There are more examples like these everywhere, but I'm not the police inspector, and I have no inclination to fight with them or to correct them.
Nowadays, Germans and Russians are reorganizing their factories to produce for the future war (WW3) - that is officially confirmed. The best business is war - for American Jews, too.
The whole German politic for Eastern Europe, so-called Ostpolitik is to have a Russia as a neighbor. The attitude (known as a "silent racism") toward the Polish nation is visible, and the culmination of it was World War II - 6 million Poles were killed in around five years.
The green politic is a tragedy for Germany.
They think they can save the world, while in China or the USA, there is no such nonsense.
There is no scientific evidence that the warmer climate was caused by mankind.
There is an evidence that, in 40–50 years, a much colder climate is going to come.
The German car industry has big problems. They don't see that the idea of electric cars is a fantasy. They set up the limit for themselves: since 2035, they will produce no single petrol engine car. That is suicide. Nowadays, China and later India will take this profitable business.
Freemasonry rules the world. The 3 big Jewish families (Rothschild for England, for instance).
That is the Bilderberg Group. They decided to diminish Europe.
At first, several dozen million immigrants came from Asia and Africa, and they are not planning to assimilate with European culture or beliefs. The German language will be slowly disappearing (just like English in London is in the minority now).
Secondly, mentioned green politics is killing the industry in Europe.
Thirdly, The American Highest Court of Justice declared recently, that the "vaccines", which were changing code DNA in humans during the flu-like Wuhan-virus pandemic were a medical experiment (and of course the producer doesn't take any responsibility for this injected substance and the side effects, which will follow).
America has nothing except money... Oh, sorry, they have porn industry, casinos, drugs, all sorts of mafia, brothel called Hollywood, alcohol (the most powerful, legalized drug), and NBA players grown up on steroids...
They have no history, no tradition, no architecture and no cuisine, for instance. Europe - on the contrary - has it all.
The freemasons want to decrease this difference.
Coming back to Germany.
This is an aging society. The median age for women is 49 years.
The professional statisticians are saying that in ninety years, there will be no pure white Germans.
It's difficult to say if this estimation is accurate.
They are dying like dinosaurs - that is clearly visible.
The neo-Nazis in Eastern Germany are gaining power.
Neo-Nazis are calling Eastern Germany: central Germany, which is significant.
It is obvious, that they are planning to recapture Pommern, Niederschlesien and Preussen. People are also seeing that green politics is a lie, and it is probable that the green party will not qualify for the Bundestag in the election. That is the fuel for far-right parties.
German and French companies are doing the great businesses in Ukraine, and a thousand tons of polluted food are coming to Poland from Ukraine every day (not only grain).
That is also the part of the former Generalplanost. To cause the cancer epidemic in Poland.
Germans are sending toxic waste to Poland - high corruption in Poland is helping them with this activity.
Nowadays, German media are complaining about the destruction of Nord Stream 2.
The idea of construction was against Poland, against Europe, against the European Union.
That was the quiet and cordial alliance of two old friends, and the point for Germany was: when the bombs are falling on Poland and Nord Stream 1 is destroyed, we still have a gas from the ally. That is also a part of modern Generalplanost or German Ostpolitik.
Germany, together with Denmark, had given Ukraine in the last 2 years of bloody, defensive war thirty (30!) tanks and no single airplane. They want Ukraine to vanish, and the next victim will be their neighbor - they will come, of course, to defend Poles, just like the early Teutonic knights. They are planning - in two years - to cut any help for Ukraine. The future is to settle in a part of Polish territory with Breslau, Stettin, Kolberg... I already mentioned that.

"Człowiek grający o życie prawie zawsze przychodzi nie w porę"
Mały, niepozorny dramat, który przeczytałam jako lekturę na uczelnię. I jednocześnie jedna z lepszych książek tego roku☺️.
Niemcy, 1943 rok, akcja tocząca się wokół jednej rodziny i kilka mniej lub bardziej oczekiwanych wizyt. A tak naprawdę garstka ludzi reprezentująca różne postawy wobec faszyzmu. Kto jest w środku nazistowskiego systemu? Kto przyklaskuje? Kto nie chce "nic wiedzieć o tych sprawach"? Kto okaże się bohaterem, a kto zdrajcą? I co to tak naprawdę znaczy w środku wojny? Warto się przekonać!
Ta książka była kiedyś lekturą w szkole, choć już nie za mojej "kadencji". Wycofano ją, bo pan autor był bardzo zaangażowanym członkiem partii komunistycznej niestety. Aczkolwiek uważam, że mimo to warto zwrócić uwagę na "Niemców". Ten dramat ma w sobie coś ponadczasowego, co w sumie można przyłożyć do każdego kraju, w którym panują rządy autorytarne. Warstwa psychologiczna na pewno sprawia, że bez trudu można w to uwierzyć. Polecam!

"To skomplikowane" ostatnio ulubiony zwrot wielu. Akurat w tym wypadku sam ciśnie się na usta. Historia nie jest czarno-biała, ludzie są różni. A wojna jest niestety doskonałym probierzem postaw. Choć najlepiej byśmy się w takich sytuacjach nie sprawdzali.

Przeczytałam dosłownie w kilka chwil. Świetna, choć może w określeniu do "Niemców" nie jest to słowo idealnie pasujące. Dramat ten pokazuje, że Niemcy to też ludzie i że pośród nich znajdują się przeróżne charaktery i postawy, od nazistowskiej, przez bierną aż po antynazistowską.

Kolejna lektura szkolna. Wiem, że nie należy się śmiać z tematu książki, ale ze współczesnej literatury uczniowie zdecydowanie powinni czytać więcej optymistycznych rzeczy. Proporcje między literaturą obozową i powojenną traktującą o wojnie a literaturą tzw. popularną powinna być odwrócona na rzecz dobrze dobranej tej drugiej. Martyrologia nie działa na dzisiejszą młodzież.
