Oei oei oei, ik vind de oefeningen veel te zwaar voor beginnende meditaties. Het gaat al héél snel de psychotherapeutische kant op en als je al niet goed in je vel zit, kun je zonder begeleiding dit niet goed kaderen.
Héél veel visualisaties en dat is niet voor iedereen aangenaam.
