Well, I had never read a nurse/doctor romance. The added Juliet/Romeo factor was alternative vs traditional medicine... with the happy decision to compromise and complement each other. I hope that's not a spoiler. So now I've read one... I couldn't help wondering if my daughter, also in her last year of nursing, would raise her eyebrows at the procedures described or recognize them as correct. My guess would be that Yarina would have to make sure that that aspect of the book is without errors. Based on this one, I am not tempted to pursue this genre.
