What happens when the life you left behind literally shows up at your front door?

Meet First Lady Veronica Millhouse. Veronica and her husband Marcus serve as the leaders and founders of Clover Hill Church of God in Christ in Atlanta, GA. So what happens when those secret sins and hidden indiscretions get exposed for the whole world to see?
Iesha was a bitter, deranged female who had been scorned by her ex-lover. Having lived years as a prostitute had taken its’ toll on her and she looked for someone to blame. Her life’s focus was to get revenge and cause havoc in someone’s life that didn't want her. Deciding that she won't rest until all involved in her pain feels her wrath Iesha comes out with guns blazing, literally. Her move from Chicago to Atlanta had nothing to do with a job, as she had told her family; she was finally putting years of planning into motion. Everyone has a past but will they live long enough to experience their future? Take a journey with the Millhouse family and find out firsthand how secrets, lies and betrayal can turn a family upside down.

Crazy

This book had a good plot but it had me all over the place. I had re-read several pages over to figure out what was going on. Also, the novel needs to be proof read. There were a lot of grammatical errors.

Very interesting book.

There was lot going on in this 3 part series. At some parts i got a little confused. So much was happening. This first lady really had a past. Things happen to us all, things we would rather keep a secret. Ending was good. This author writes very good stories.

Very good story line the book kept me wanting to read more, the plot would sometimes jump to something else and you’d have to catch up to the story again, and the editing is not good. But all and all very good will definitely keep your interest.

Great Story!!!

This book was truly amazing, from beginning to end. I really loved Veronica's husband Marcus. He truly loved God, his wife and his family. I can't wait to read more books from this author.

Enjoyable

The book itself was enjoyable. It held my interest throughout. The editing in various areas should have been carefully proofread. For that reason, I rated this book a 4 instead of a 5.

The story line was good, but someone should have sent the draft to an editor to catch the many spelling/grammar errors. It really detracts from enjoying the book when there are so many errors.

It was good but it was the first two books combine in the third book which made it basically 25 pages for part 3 in the series.
