This is one of those books that is definitely better read as part of the ongoing SEAL Brotherhood series. This book actually begins after Fredo and Mia have already been married for a while. Fredo is trying to deal with a secret that he has been keeping from his wife. He is absolutely convinced since he is not a handsome man, Mia, as a beautiful woman will leave him. But keeping the secret is keeping him from his wife. As is typical of Sharon Hamilton's books, there is plenty of steamy romance but with a definite undercurrent of danger. Sadly the danger is all too real in today's world. Another great addition to the series!

I had to think did I like this book or did I love it. I choose in-between because there were things I loved and things I only liked.
Over all it’s a great story of this Navy Seal wanting a family so very badly and in the end has to do what he has to do to protect them.
I loved Fredo more than his wife. I thought there was a little too much drama between them but it works out for them. So who am I to say right.
I will says what I loved was the relationship between the rest of Fredo’s team and himself. I also liked how the girlfriends and wives were a unit as well. It’s a great easy read.

Didn't Cut It For Me
While the writing style flowed and was good, this book just didn't make me invested. I think I missed books in the series that would have made me understand the story more. Fredo thinks he's sterile and he's afraid to tell his wife. She wants babies. While this is happening he gets shot and almost dies and so he doesn't tell her. He's also building a community ity center for disadvantaged youth but it keeps getting demolished or burned down or something. I honestly was a little bored but I persevered. One day he came home and decided to have a romantic evening but she had already set the stage. She announced she was pregnant. He didn't lose his temper or anything but decided to go on a trip to think on it, and when he comes home there is a young man there, he freaks out but it was just the landscaper. There's a lot more happening with them going on a mission and I don't want to spoil it. Just not that great of a story line for me. The author as I said writes very well and I would read her again. I think there are books I missed prior to this story and maybe if I read them I would have liked it more.

This was a very good story with likeable characters. But it just didn't grab me like previous books in this series. I don't know why exactly, but I did find some of the love scenes a little over-the-top. Perhaps a bit more description and historic details that I could have done without. But overall it's an entertaining read.

Wow! This was an amazing story! I loved it. This is a wonderfully written story.

Fredo discovered that he cannot father a child but has not shared this information with his wife, Mia. Mia wants to have Fredo's baby so bad. He doesn't want to break her heart. Mia and Fredo are so much in love but due to circumstances and twists their love is tested to it's limits.
This story incorporates an emotional and steamy romance with showing how the military sacrifices so much for our country. I loved how the "brothers" and their families all supported each other and created a unique family unit. Coop was a great friend to Fredo and loved their friendship.

As a fan of Sharon Hamilton’s SEAL Brotherhood series I have been waiting on Fredo’s story and Sharon made the wait worth it. She first gave us Fredo’s novella Fredo’s Secret. Fredo is keeping a secret from his wife Mia He fears once he gives her his news she will not want him anymore. Even though Fredo’s Secret was a novella, Sharon gave what all her fans expect from one of her books, suspense, thrilling action, hot steamy sex and that dang sexy Navy SEAL team 3.
Sharon continued Fredo’s and Mia’s story in Fredo’s Dream. Fredo is still keeping his secret from Mia, but Mia has a secret of her own which she shares with him which throws his world in a whirlwind. Fredo can’t believe Mia hasn’t been faithful to him how could she do this to them. Will he be able to accept this baby she is carrying as he has stepped up and been a father to her son Ricardo by another man or will this destroy his relationship with Mia.
Fredo’s Dream as like all of Sharon’s other books didn’t not disappoint her fans! Once again we get the thrilling action, suspense, hot steamy sex, drama and that HOT SEXY Navy SEAL team 3. I love how in most of her books she brings some of the team 3 guys back & she keeps us up to date about what is going on in their family lives.
I was lucky enough to listen to this book on audio, Sharon writes the book for us to read and J.D Hart brings the story to our ears. J.D is such a wonderful storyteller, if you never have listen to J.D’s wonderful storytelling, you would think there was another person along with him telling the story. Butt in fact it is ONLY J.D. He is such a pleasure to listen to. When he tells a story you know right away who is speaking he is so magnificent in giving each player in the book a different book. It just amazes me how he can keep the voice to each character straight and from one book to the next, by the way have listened to plenty of Sharon’s books on audio and J.D always has the same voice for each character. If you love reading Sharon’s book and you have read everyone, but have a favorite one you have continuous go back, try one of her books in audio and like me you will want to hear everyone in audio.

This is book eight in The Seal Brotherhood Series and it is Fredo and Mia’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Fredo has a secret that if revealed could tear his and Mia’s life apart so when she tells him that she is pregnant everything in his life is torn apart including his heart and Fredo is shocked, sad, angry and thinks that Mia has cheated on him but he carries on as if nothing is wrong but then danger comes knocking and Team 3 and himself will have to eliminate the threat if they are all to get out alive and keep there family’s safe but first they will to find the enemy that keeps returning putting them all in danger before Fredo can even think about his and Mia’s future especially as his love for her is as strong as ever. The chemistry between Fredo and Mia is still as strong, hot and intense as ever that sparks fly and sizzle off the pages but will it be enough and will they get a shock that puts everything that they have been through to rights, well you will just have to read this book to find out what the outcome will be for them all. There are twists and turns along with danger, action, suspense, drama, mystery, surprises, family, hope, love and some situations that will have you on the edge of your seat while turning the pages unable to put this book down. Sharon Hamilton is an amazing author and writer and her books are definitely worth reading and you will not be disappointed.

Fredo still hasn't told Mia that he's sterile so the night he decides to work up the courage to tell her, she has a secret herself to share and beats him to the punch. Mia shares that they're pregnant. With Fredo hearing this, he doesn't share that he's sterile since he's so upset his wife has cheated on him. After all, what other explanation could it be. After going on a quick trip with his buddy Coop, who knows what's going on, Fredo comes home to another man in his house. This guy claims he's just helping Mia with the landscaping but does this other guy have a secret agenda? And before Fredo get's called for an emergency deployment, he confronts Mia about her infidelity. Can the couple make it through this conflict that could tare them apart? And with a threat coming their way, will there family make it out alive?

Fredo is not the heart stopping SEAL like all the others are. He is the stop and be careful you don't touch him when you pass him or Quick! cross the street so he doesnt see you even looking at him type of SEAL. BUT he has a heart of gold and you fall in love with him when you see the love shine in his eyes when you see him looking at his wife or stepdaughter---oh man, I just got the stink eye from him as he does not see her as a step anything! But never forget he is the badass and dont ever cross him! You will fall in love with him and I guarantee AND he just might become your favorite in the bunch. Heaven forbid, ***looking anxiously around***he didnt hear me say that, did he? Oh man, I hope not!!

I borrowed Fredo's Dream: SEAL Brotherhood: Fredo ~ SEAL Brotherhood ~ Book 8 from the Kindle Unlimited Program.
Fredo first has a secret that he is keeping from his wife Mia, this continues from the first book Fredo's Secret; his really strange dream is related to the secret and freaks him out a bit.
He finally reveals the secret and Mia is very upset and he receives an immediate emergency deployment and has to leave. The deployment is very serious and dangerous but has some extremely humorous moments too.
At home a situation develops with Mia, her mother and Roberto, their little boy and Fredo is not able to help because he is on a flight back to the states. I loved the ending and how the secret and its problem were eliminated in the end.

Fredo was told he could not have children. All his wife Mia talked about was when they had a child of their own. It was sad that Fredo didn’t think he could tell Mia about the test or she would leave him. He sure had a wild dream about his wife having lots of children. I hated how Fredo went though so much about his ability to have children.
After Fredo got shot in the last book in the old neighborhood, he and the team tried to clean up the area and open a center for the children to learn and keep out of trouble. Unfortunately trouble came to them. It was so sad. Then the guys were called to a special ops overseas. That in itself was an adventure! This was a suspenseful story at times, and I loved it! I strongly encourage you to read the book.

4+ Stars ⭐⭐⭐🌟 FREDO’S DREAM may turn into a nightmare as Fredo struggles with telling Mia the truth. There’s a lot of internal conflict in this for Fredo that could lead to disastrous consequences when he finally confronts Mia with his secret, as assumptions are made which may not be correct. This story has some surprising twists with unexpected links that will keep you turning pages. And when danger is brought directly to Fredo’s doorstep, the only thing that matters is saving his family. This is a bit of an emotional rollercoaster with touches of angst and some unforeseen threats that could cost Fredo his whole world. There’s edge-of-your-seat excitement at times, and it’s a tale that is sure to capture your interest and keep you engaged until the very end.

Fredo’s Dream: SEAL brotherhood: Fredo’s Secret and Fredo’s Dream written by Sharon Hamilton. There are a few things that Sharon does in her SEAL books. You will love the rough and tough SEAL’s who fight to protect us here and everywhere they are needed. There is always some exciting and nail biting action that leaves you on edge and fearing for the lives of the innocent. The men are like a family and stay close as much as possible. The other thing you can count on is how deeply and completely that they love their wives and families. You can really never go wrong with anything written by Sharon Hamilton. This book has Fredo on the edge as he tries to add to his family with Mia. It’s so good!

Two Fantastic Books
The first book was wonderful, full of action and angst. I loved it. When I got to the bonus book, Fredo's Secret. I realized it was the prequel to this book. I had not read it yet and it filled in the blanks for people and past issues brought up in book 1. Fredo's Secret was also a great story with action. If you have not read Fredo's Secret, I would start with it. And if you are not familiar with the series, there is another book in the series about Fredo and Mia, before they got married. At the end of the book were the first chapters of other books in the series, which I had already read. Can you tell I am a fan?

3.5 Stars - I was looking forward to this story. It was just O.K. for me. Fredo has a secret and it is driving him nuts. He needs to talk to his wife Mia, but he keeps putting it off. He is a grand Navy SEAL and his best friend is Coop. He tells Fredo to Fess up. He struggles with that.
In the meantime danger is lurking and it takes awhile to get to the depths of that issue.
Mia has not been my favorite at all. I was hoping Fredo would get over her and find someone else.
It also finished too quickly. I wanted to hear the smack-talk with the guys when they found out his new news. I think that would have been a hot.

I like Fredo. I have never been a big Mia fan, even when they finally got together. I always felt like Credo didn't feel like he was enough, even as he relentlessly pursued Mia. She got the best part of that deal, even with Fredo's secret.
I have to admit that I didn't understand Freud's dream. Or, I should say that I didn't understand the relevance of the dream.
This book was almost like getting two stories in one. The mission that SEAL Team 3 went on, and the situation with the landscaping assistant. Both had action, danger, and suspense.
I was glad everything ended in an HEA. It seemed to be touch and go for a while.

Fredo is fierce with a passionate core and he has finally tamed Mia who finally sees him for. Trust is everything in the Seal world, and Fredo's secret is eating at him. He and Mia were a team , until she tells him that she is pregnant His heart is torn, he believes that his Mia has cheat on him. But when Mia and his adopted son Ricardo are in danger he has but one thought one need, to get home and get them both back in his arms. There are twists ,danger, action, suspense, drama, mystery, surprises, family, hope, love . The full and wonderful package.

I have enjoyed all the books in this series. Revisiting with Mia and Fredo was a treat. I'm glad I read Fredo's Secret before reading this book. If I hadn't I would have felt i as missing essential background for this story. This was truly a story of love being tested. While I don't usually live female characters like Mia, she was portrayed as one demensional and sex crazed, she is perfect for Fredo. My main concern about this book is that it has many open story lines and many of them are left unresolved and/or underdeveloped at the books ending.

I enjoy Sharon Hamilton's SEAL books. I liked Fred's Dream when the plot was centered around action. (I did not like the parts of the book that had several pages of Fredo and Mia's bedroom scenes). We know that Fredo is a likable SEAL who dearly loves his wife. And even though he is step dad to Ricardo, he yearns to add on to his family. In addition to Fredo's "dream" we see Fredo's hard work to improve the community and his commitment to his job. We also see his desire to always protect his family. I will definitely be reading future Sharon Hamilton SEAL books.

My goodness but this novella and book will take you on one emotional and action-packed thrill ride. I didn't know from one page to the next what was going to happen both in Fredo's personal life and in his professional life. There is much secrecy, a few bombings, a ton of surprises and several instances of emotions running off the rails. I just love reading about SEAL Team 3 and their ladies and I am looking forward to more.

Another action-packed story from this wonderful author which takes the reader on a journey of discovery along with some fantastic characters. The story grabbed my interest from the very first page and refused to let go. The twists and turns embedded in the storyline just added to my enjoyment. I highly recommend this book.

Fredo is keeping a secret which is a continuation from the "Fredo's Secret". When he finally tells his wife she is upset but he gets an emergency deployment and has to leave quickly. There are some intriguing twists to the deployment that had my emotions everywhere. While on route home a situation occurs within his family. Will he get there in time to save his family.

Fredo’s Dream is steamy and suspenseful. Fredo and Mia can’t get enough of each other. They have always been a very amusing couple. His dream of starting a family has been delayed. Can he fix his little problem and make a baby? With a little help from his friends, he gets healthy and saves Mia. This book was exciting with lots of action. I can’t wait to read the next installment in their story.

Fredo and Mia have been married for a little while. This book tells of some of the struggles and joys of SEAL family life. There was an interesting mission overseas and trouble at home. Sharon always keeps you guessing and engaged.

I received a copy of this book through Book Sprout, and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is a well written book with great characters. The extra Fredo's secret adds to the story. Take your time with this one or you will miss something in the story. I enjoyed this story. Go get this on I think you will enjoy this one, it is worth your time.

Fredo's story was pretty good, He seems to be wrestling with some demons that he is keeping from his wife, never a good way to keep a marriage happy and healthy. The storyline flowed well and caught my attention, I haven't read a book by this author that I haven't liked yet. There will be some ups and downs in their relationship but everything will turn out as it should, I recommend this book.
