“Simple to jump right in and incorporate into your lifestyle. I travel for work and eating healthy while traveling is a struggle. I prepared two meals from the book that I split between lunch and dinner ahead of my trip. Not only were they fantastic, but everyone at the office wanted the recipes and kept asking what smelled so good.”—Amazon Customer
This is mostly a ME problem. I’m a picky eater who wants to eat healthy and I love eating out of bowls. I wish the smoothie bowls included more veggies, because I need to find a way to sneak more veggies into my diet.
I did find two recipes here that I want to try! The chicken pho and lemon chicken soup. I love pho! And look forward to making my own.
Nice size book. Book layout is very good. Recipes are easy to understand and follow. Nice collection range of meals. I would have like to have the nutritional information though. Most recipes cover 2 or 4 serving size though they are a few 1 serving and 6 servings. The recipes are broken into: Smoothie Bowls, Breakfast Bowls, Grain Bowls, Salad Bowls, Soup Bowls, Noodle Bowls, and Dessert Bowls. Found the book informative and a nice book to get me started eating clean. I received a review copy of this book from the publisher, but was not required to write a review or influenced in terms of my review.
