Drarry Auror fic.

Harry's an Auror, and Draco's his partner. Harry, in a video-game analogy to a mind healer right at the start, calls Draco his healer.

But Draco can't deal with Harry not taking care of himself and not appreciating Draco, so he transfers to Lebanon.

Harry can't function on his own, so he decides to track Draco down and earn his trust back.

Delightfully original setting, creatures, foods, adventures, and magic. Great fun.

Some Favorite Quotes:
"It's adorable how Gryffindors always manage to end up together. Are you magnetic?"

Malfoy stares at him, looking vaguely horrified. "You're going to die, aren't you?" he says, seemingly to himself. "I know we always joked about it, but you're really going to honest-to-Merlin get yourself killed without me around, aren't you?"

If I decompress anymore, I'll be flat, Harry writes, which, okay, it's melodramatic, but in case no one's noticed yet, he's a jobless, partnerless, voiceless, sanityless bloke who's been dead at least once before. He's entitled at this point.

And he's known since that Potions class in eighth year that having Malfoy in his life is like some sort of strange, counterproductive requirement for continued existence.

The way they play off each other's thoughts doesn't even seem real sometimes, like they each have ninety-nine per cent of a brain and another one per cent hanging off to the side that doesn't fit their own but when it comes near the other's, it slots right into place.

"You make me as normal as I can be."

Tropes:
– Draco/Harry fanfiction
– Workplace (partners)
- Romantic suspense

After being partners for years, Draco has to move away and leave Harry alone. Harry is having a very hard time coping with it and very quickly realizes that he is not just dependent on his partner, but it’s actually in love with him. So what option to chase him all the way to Lebanon even if he doesn’t really know where that is?

This might be the most obsessed I have ever seen Harry and a book and it was amazing. He was literally so obsessed with Draco and couldn’t even function without having him by his side and didn’t understand why. His adorable confusion did not get in the way of his determination to get his partner back and I appreciate it that drives so much.

The writing in this is also just really funny. Like genuinely there were some chuckle worthy moments in this and the wit and dry humor were just my type. Enjoyed it!

This is a story full of heart-wrenching pining. After Draco's transfer to Beirut, Harry gradually come to the realisation that he is in love with Draco, therefore going after him.

I think it's not healthy and too overwhelming for the person you love that you view them as your everything -- even the reason you stay alive. In reality, that is. In a romance story, this is just heart-achingly beautiful and perfect!
