Excellent book with often overlooked insights into much more than just interviewing. For interviewers, this should be a must read, and the concepts should be put into your documented interview process (if you don't have one, this will help you create one). (See also the book "Who".)
I've been doing talent acquisition in HR for a long time. I found this book incredibly helpful for developing good EQ interview questions. The best thing about it is not only does it give you good questions to discern different types of emotional intelligence, it also tells you what a good answer looks like. All useful-not just theoretical. My coworkers and I had little tags on the pages with questions we used a lot. It's a very practical book and I highly recommend it to anyone developing interview questions.
Probably an excellent reference for hiring managers. Certainly provides a lot of good suggestions for interview questions that will help explore candidate EQ. A little repetitive for the casual reader.
