Phenomenal page layouts, illustrations, and print quality. The written content, however, gets repetitive and not very insightful if you've ever successfully worked in teams.

On the bright side, the book can be useful to anyone working or wanting to work in management since a fair chunk of the content highlights the strategies of managing talent.
