It was an okay read. It's more practical, which isn't wrong but not exactly what I was looking for, to be honest. I wanted more of an introduction into meditation. I've been doing this for a few months now, and I have to say that it takes so much time to get used to one approach, and dumping millions of approaches into one small book doesn't really help much. At least, in my opinion.
I think it's best to choose one approach and build the book around that.
I get that the book is supposed to be general. It was everything but.

This book is heavy on visualisations, which is OK, just not what I expected.
The three stars were lost for claiming that meditation can help cure cancer and having very limited information on astral projection, but if you are willing to ignore these, it's OK.
