This book is probably the best compilation I've read it's what a compilation should be. It's not the same old first in series books churned out by the same authors trying to lock you into spending a small fortune on a long drawn out series.
What we get here is fresh hot stories all revolving around the same Halloween party, all the stories are linked some briefly some more so. There's no cliffhangers, no ....to be continued and no long never ending series they're short individual stories linked by a night and a party.
I'm giving 4* because I'm so excited to finally find a proper collection of stories if I'm being totally honest these are all short reads and if I'd to rate them individually I'd give them all 3*.
I did start to review the individual stories but it was taking too long and I figured the review would be longer than anyone wanted to read but I'll add the ones I did write.

Bad Boy Next Door

Ryker was the bad boy next door, he lived next door to Catherine and was two years older but his home life was hell and when he was nearly twenty he packed up and moved out without a word, he wanted to claim Catherine, wanted her all to himself but she wasn't eighteen and her father thought he was shit and so he left.
It's now two years later and Ryker has a successful business building choppers but he's never forgotten Catherine so when he hears she's going to be at the party he decides to turn up and see what happens.
Catherine has always loved Ryker and once she finds out he's going to the Halloween party she just has to go.
Can these two finally get together and if so will it be for one night or forever?

Cassie's a bit of a nerd but for years she's secretly been in love with Jake Axton the star football player but in the three years they spent together in high school they've hardly spoken a dozen words to each other, as far as she's concerned he's hardly aware she exists.

Some were cute, some were hot but most were non-memorable reads. This reads more like a sample read as each story is written by a different author, so there is different styles of writing. For a free read it wasn't bad.

Awesome stories by my favorite group of authors in time for Halloween!
Playing for Keeps by Lauren Landish-- Cassie and Jake knew each other since HS but weren’t close until one Halloween night that changed everything between them. A bit of magic changed things –I love how Cassie doesn’t just drop everything for him and how Jake steps up and tells how things were and how he feels. Reading about how they fell in love and also seeing the secondary players in their love story makes me go hmmm. The magic touch was beautiful. My rating: 4.6 stars
Owned by the Baller by Bella Love-Wins—Fantastic story about the boss’s son and his intern. Mary Anne and Levi have known each other since HS so they are acquaintances and she has a thing for him but won’t consider him because he was a jock. Levi is an alpha and he wont let her back down now that he has her in his sights and makes her see how they have this intense chemistry. The story was fast and good and with a bit of a kink to it. My rating: 4.5 stars
First Times the Charm by Vivian Wood--Veronica and Jaxson attend a class together where they see each other but never acknowledge each other. They end up attending a Halloween party at the same time where they end up getting super close and from there things go from close to hot and heavy. Something happens where Jaxson’s ex interrupts a pivotal moment which caused some horrible feelings for Veronica. It takes Jaxon proving she is all he wants and going all the way to show she is it for him. My rating: 4.4 stars
Bump in the Night by Roxie Noir--- This is a friends to lovers story: Zelda and Logan meet pretty much on first day of college and from there are good friends who experience intense attractions/sparks to each other. Only Logan has a girlfriend and they do not act on it. By the time he can, he is afraid to rock the boat and take a chance on losing his friendship. But then there is the Halloween party…does he or doesn’t he take that chance to make Zelda his? My rating:4.4 stars
Wicked Tease by Aubrey Irons—Awesome story about friends who turned to enemies to ended up lovers. Their love story is a roller coaster of emotions- All I can say is buckle up, sit back with your kindle and get ready for a ride. Cole and Addy started off as childhood friends but something happened to cause that to end which put them as enemies but Addy is in love with Cole..Cole is in love with Addy…will they ever find their way back to each other? This is one story worth reading for the passion and the intensity. My rating: 4.6 stars
Cops and Robbers by Tessa Thorne—Great story about Lovers who found their way back together after some time apart. Full of heat and angst. My rating: 4.2 stars

Phantom by Penelope Bloom--Reid has been interested in Sophia at first glance. He asked her out and she turned him down but that didn’t deter him. There is some great scenes between him but there was one or two scenes I didn’t like. People say Reid is a player which kind of backs up some things but maybe he can be reformed. Will he change for Sophia or is he a user? My rating: 4.0 stars
Always His Bad Girl by Amelia Wilde- This is ex lovers to found their way back to each other. Alyssa breaks up with Jackson because of her sorority. And she has regretted it ever since. She sees him 2 years later and what happens can change their lives . This is a hot read. My rating: 4.3 stars
Against the Rules by Sophie Brooks—Great College story- Carter is the TA for a class that Kaylee is a student in. They are attracted big time to each other but neither know about it. How they find their way to each either is beautiful and secondary players are good too. My rating: 4.5 stars

Para mi este libro se volvió repetitivo antes de llegar a la mitad, tantos personajes que perdí el rastro de quienes eran aunque salían en algunas de las otras historias mencionados.

Hubiera preferido que fuera más corto, así no caía en tantas redondancias o clichés, llega al punto en que se vuelve super predecible ejemplo lo del alcohol, lo de subir al segundo piso, buscar un cuarto o el típico no espere vera aquí y menos con ese disfraz.

Para mi tuvo potencial pero lo perduo en la 4 o 5 historia.

I really loved this collection. It was interesting that all the stories were about the same Halloween party, and some party that was. I was familiar with most of the authors, so I was expecting something very good, and that is what I got. Even though each story took place at the same party, each story is a standalone with its own HEA. Each story is wicked in its own way. Once I started with page one, I had a hard time putting it down. It has page after page of deliciousness. I voluntarily reviewed this advanced copy.

I really enjoyed the stories in this book. I was hooked on the first one and couldn't stop reading. They all feature a Halloween party that has some magical abilities to bring people together. There are lots of young men and women who are acting out on their fantasies and desires. The authors included all do a great job of establishing their characters and capturing your attention. I ahve a summary of some of them below.

Bad Boy Next Door by Willow Winters features a young woman and man that never pursued their attraction until a Halloween party gives them an opportunity. They were neighbors and he left due to an abusive family situation. He now has the life he wants but he wants her in it. She is pretty innocent and willing to take a risk on him. It is one of my favorite stories. I really liked how protective they are of each others. The epilogie gave me the ending I craved.

Playing for Keeps by Lauren Landish is another story about two people with an attraction they have never pursued. They have some trouble communicating their real feelings and have plenty of passion for each other.

Owned by the Baller by Bella Love-Wins is about a woman who is fighting her attraction to the boss's son. He is not making it easy for her to resist.

The Professor and Madison by Isabella Starling is a BDSM story about one of the party hosts who shares his dark desires with one of the party attendees.

First Time the Charm by Vivian Wood is about a woman who is not sure about the party and ends up drinking a lot more than usual. She is feeling pretty good when she sees her crush.

Triple Treat by BB Hamel is a hot menage. A young woman finds out she doesn't have to choose when she is attracted to two men that like to share.

Bad boys next door by Willow Winters is about Ryker and Catherine that grew up next door to each other. Ryker’s father abused his mother and Ryker would always step in to defend her even though she cussed Ryker. You could always hear them yelling at each other. Catherine’s parents did not want her to have anything to do with Ryker. However, Catherine always felt an attraction to Ryker. Then one day he moved away and started his own business. Two years later they run into each other at a Halloween party. You have to read the story to find out the ending. Great story.
Playing for Keeps by Lauren Landish. This is about Cassie whose room-mate is Amy. They were invited to a Halloween party by the Henderson’s, one is a professors at school. Then there is Jake who is on the football team who is also going to the Halloween party. When Jake arrives, Professor Henderson welcomes him to the party and tells him there is magic in the air. What else would you expect on Halloween?
Owned by the Baller written by Mary Anne. This book is about Mary Anne who works for The Eldridge’s. Levi Eldridge is the boss’s son and enjoys giving Mary Anne a hard time. He has her searching for a cell phone that he ordered which cost $2,000.00. He pushes her and reminds her that he is the boss’s son. She can’t wait to go to the Halloween party that is being given by the professor. Who do you think approaches her when she arrives at the party, Levi walked over and asked her if she had located his cellphone. She shoots hot daggers at him and responds mainly with she is not working, yet she will resume her search tomorrow. Levi is intent on having Mary Anne before the night is over. Mary Anne meets Wendy and Holly and discover they have plans to play a practical joke on Reese Bateman who stole Holly’s boyfriend from her in the 3rd grade. Great read. Same Halloween party. Even Ryker was mentioned.
The Professor and Madison by Isabella Starling. This book is about Madison who is going to a Halloween party that the Professors are giving. She is with Mary Anne (who is in the 3rd book). Once they arrive she knows that Wendy and Holly are up to something and she walks around. She runs into the professor, from the day she was in his class she felt a pull toward him yet he was always cruel to her. The professor (Liam) also recognized and was attracted to her the first time he ever saw her. Great story, this one goes into more detail of their encounter than the others. Or it seemed to for me. I love the way all the books are connected and yet written by different authors.
First Time’s The Charm by Vivian Wood. This is a great book. Veronica did not want to go to the Halloween party although Madison is determined to take her. Once there she is talking to her cousin who is a football player yet once he sees someone he walks away. Veronica finds herself alone and is planning on leaving the party in another 20 minutes. Jax is also at the party and he would prefer to be home studying than at the party. However, he spots Veronica who is in his class and school and knows she is a good girl. Will have to read to find the details. A great book.
Triple Treat by BB Hamel. This book starts with at the Halloween party where Ellie came even though she did not want to be there. Braden bumps into her and beer spills all over her white blouse. He took her to the kitchen to clean her up, on her way out she runs into Mason who is taken with her. I won’t go into detail of this book, however, the description “Triple Treat” is a great title for this one.

Bump in the Night by Roxie Noir. I really enjoyed this book. Of course, Zelda and Logan are at the Halloween party they see Elle outside (from the previous story) which is awesome. Zelda and Logan have been best friends, yet each have wanted more with each other yet they do not want to harm their friendship. They go to look for more Champaign and get caught. They run out another door and end up on the roof. They hear someone yell and go to investigate, to their surprise it was the Professor and the nun he took upstairs earlier. They end up in another room and I’ll let you read the book to find out what happens next.
Wicked Tease by Aubrey Irons. This is a story of Addison and Cole at the Halloween party. They have known each other since they were kids yet in high school he would play pranks on her. Addison tells Cole to leave, that she didn’t know why he came to the same college as herself. She later talks to Zelda and tells her the story of her and Cole before Zelda goes off with Logan. She goes to search for Col to apologize only to see him with another girl. Great story.
Cops and Robbers by Tessa Thorne. This is a good story about Cal who cares for a guy she can’t have. He and his family was into drugs and she could not get into that lifestyle. She tells her best friend Michelle about Boone. When Cal and Michelle go to the Halloween party, who do you think was there? Yep, Boone was there and when he sees Cal walk in the door he walks over to her. Great story.
Phantom by Penelope Bloom. This book is great. It revolves around Sophia who is a virgin and Reid who is a ladies man. Sophia is the only one who has turned him down and Reid is determined to have her at the Halloween party Great read.
Always His Bad Girl by Amelia Wilde. This is a story about Alyssa who dated Jackson, a bad boy while she was a freshman in College. Then she joined a sorority and broke it off with Jackson. Now 2 years later she is going to a Halloween party at the professors and guess who is there? Great story.
Against the Rules by Sophie Brooks. This is a story about Kaylee who is going to a Halloween party. Her roommates pick on her about being a virgin. They are doing it at the Halloween party which causes Kaylee to get upset and she goes into detail about a fantasy she has had with her teacher, the only thing she doesn’t tell them is it was a fantasy. Robin Hood was at the table (her teacher, Carter) and he overheard what she said. He knew she would not say that if they hadn’t pushed her so far. Once she realizes that he heard her she runs out of the room. Carter knows he cannot have anything with a student or he would lose his scholarship. This is another great read.

Demasiadas paginas para un montón de historias insustanciales.
Realmente me costo demasiado terminarlo es tan absurdo las historias son tan forzadas.
En resumen los protagonizas siempre han estado enamorados pero por algún motivo muy estúpido por cierto, se odian.
Realmente creí que esto solo lo había escrito un autor pero no, cual fue mi sorpresa cuando me di cuenta que cada historia era de un autor diferente pues pareciera que lo escribió solo una persona, según lo que averigüe son autores de wattpad, pero esto no es ningún justificante hay autores de wattpad que escriben maravillosamente, con coherencia y personajes que realmente valen la pena este libro no vale la pena, no vale el tiempo.
Los personajes son lo mas cliché en todo el mal sentido que eh visto todos absolutamente todos los personajes masculinos de este libro son copy paste, es ridículo la cantidad de estupideces que escribieron estos autores.
No quiero ofender a nadie, pero este libro es lo peor que eh leído este año.

Incredible set of stories in this special Halloween collection. All 12 stories revolve around a racy costume party at a big mysterious New Orleans mansion. These stories interlock, but they can all be read as standalones. It's like those 1980s or early 1990s TV show cross-overs where characters from one show would appear in other shows. In this collection, some carry through a minor story line or have a group of roommates or friends interacting, which adds a little bit extra to each story. In other instances, it’s just the costumed characters frolicking through a scene. The book pulls it off perfectly. Although, the paranormal is sorta implied in one story but isn't carried through any of the others.

You might want to pay attention to the costumes and have fun recognizing these cross-over "guest appearances” as main characters from one story duck in and out of scenes in other stories. I received an Advanced Reading Copy of this book and voluntarily left a review.

This book is definitely a Treat all the characters by the different authors link up through High school and university.
The Halloween party is hosted by the two Henderson brothers who are professors at the uni. They hold the party at their mansion in Baton Rouge. Only a select group of people are invited and at this party anything goes. The one professor claims there’s magic in the air, well it is Halloween after all. But it’s more like he pays too much attention to the students and likes matchmaking. The book is jam packed with smoking hot novellas from some amazing authors.

HOLY HELL!!!! NOW THIS WHAT I CALL TRICK OR TREATING!!!!!!

This is what I call a Spook-tacular Read. I can promise that you will love the magic and mischief going on at the annual Halloween party by Professors Liam and Marcel Henderson. They are Professors at LSU and they invite a certain number of people and these people are handpicked specifically for their parties. Once you read the stories you will see that there is old love reuniting, best friends finding out they want more, professors finding their fun too, rich boy getting what he wants, and lots of magic, may ham and even some revenge. Trust me when I say you will not put this bundle of stories down till you have finished them all.

Professors Liam and Marcel Henderson live in Baton Rouge on a huge plantation and the house resembles a castle with a gothic motif. Even though they teach at LSU they still invite the students to their party. You are going to love how the professors interact with the students as they find their magic, and do their trick or treating.

Willow Winters—Bad Boy Next Door: Ryker was deemed a bad boy because of the living situation with his parents, who were constantly fighting and taking it out on him. Catherine lived next door and had a big crush on the bad boy but she was a bit too young for him at the time. He had to fight his growing feelings for her. Ryker was helping her set up for her birthday party when her father came out and run him off. Her father had told her to stay away from him that he was no good. He made a path through the woods so that he could help her sneak out to the mall. As the years passed he left and made a better life for himself and while he was grown Catherine grew up. He now has his own motorcycle shop and is doing good. Since he has made friends with college students that know Catherine and they are going to sneak him to the party so he can confront Catherine. Will Ryker find Catherine at the party? Will she give him the chance he wants to prove himself? Is she looking for him as well? 5 stars

Lauren Landish—Playing for Keeps: Cassie is nervous while preparing for the Halloween party at the estate of the Professors Liam and Marcel Henderson. She is dressing to get laid, but has hopes that her High School crush and football star quarterback Jake will be there. She is dressing up as a cheerleader from some online game and it leaves nothing to the imagination. Only thing that could make or break the costume is she must wear her nerdy glasses to see. Jake is dressing up as the vampire Lestat. He can have anybody he wants and pretty much has had them all. But his secret crush on Cassie is there and he has plans to make things happen at the party. Jake’s first encounter with Cassie didn’t go so well, he came off as bossy and she storms off in a huff. After a talk with Professor Marcel Henderson about Halloween and the magic it brings she decides that maybe she needs to find Jake. The professor invited Cassie and Jake to see if he could pull off a bit of magic that he doesn’t get to see very often, Does the Professor’s magic work on Cassie and Jake? Will Jake and Cassie become a couple or go their own separate way? Will the Professor get to see some of his own magic? 5 stars

Isabella Starling—The Professor and Madison: Professor Liam Henderson isn’t liking the party. He isn’t enjoying himself. He is wondering around the house trying to hide and keeps running into students scattered all through the house. He is wondering if his student Madison that he has a huge crush on is going to be at the party. All he has done is fantasize about her and him together. He wants her but he knows that he being a professor and she a student that she is off limits. He finally finds peace and solitude out in the garden under a maple tree, when he hears the one voice he didn’t need to hear, Madison!!! Madison is dressed as a nun for the party. He main intention was to find out why Professor Henderson picked on her when she was in his class. But her other reason was wanting to see if the Professor felt as good in person as he did in her dreams. So, she convinces him to play truth or dare. With the game in mind the Professor takes Madison to his special place in the plantation house, the basement. Does Madison like what the Professor has in store for her? Does the Profess finally give into his desire for Madison? 5 stars

Wow! Where were the Halloween parties like this when I was in college. Talk about some extreme hookups and a lot of steamy action.

12 stories, each written by a different author. All rotate around one Halloween party being given by two rich professors that are brothers. Each story connects to at least one other story. All involve a girl hooking up with a guy (one is with two guys). All are not one night stands, but actually involve the groups finally getting over their inhibitions and being with the one or two people that they were meant for.

I loved each individual story in this collection the majority of which are by authors who are completely new to me (Aubrey Irons being the only one I'm completely familiar with) and it was such a fantastic introduction to them.

As for these stories they were all packed full of heat and I loved how they were all based around this one Halloween party and blended so perfectly together yet were all so different and entertaining to read.

Overall a fantastic collection and one that I couldnt put down and would totally recommend to everyone. As it really is a great way to find new authors.

If you love bad boys this is the perfect collaboration to read! Each had the right amount of spice and wickedness to it to make them hot!

Bad Boy Next Door by Willow Winters- Ryker left home at 19 to escape the abuse his parents did and make something of himself. Years later he overhears someone saying the name of his next door neighbor, Catherine, whom he had feelings for. They meet at the party, he leaves mad because of something someone else says, but spots Catherine walking along the sidewalk a little later that night and the end up back at his place. The confess feelings for each other and she teaches him the true meaning of love. This story held up with why I love Willows stories and was great!

Playing for Keeps by Lauren Landish- Cassie and Jake knew each other in passing since high school, but one Halloween night changed it all. Loved how Cassie didn't automatically fall at Jake's feet regardless of her previous feelings for him. Jake's feelings for her in the past and how he steps up and explains things were great! Loved the magic touch to it, makes you wonder about the professor! This is a first for me from this author and will definitely be reading more of her stories!

Owned by the Baller by Bella Love-Wins- Boss' son and the intern. Mary Anne and Levi have known each other since high school, but she refuses to consider him because of him being a jock. Loved how Levi was taking control and how he refuses to let her back down from the feelings they both have. The kinky side added a nice twist. Another great story by this author!

The Professor and Madison by Isabella Starling- This is the second older man/younger woman story of Isabella's I've read and just like the first I loved this one. I'm a sucker for Professor/student books and this was right up that alley. Liam is Madison's professor and has wanted her since the moment he saw her, but their relationship is forbidden. Now with class being done they are able to give into their lust and feelings for a hot night that neither want to end. In the end Liam claims her in front of everyone at the party. Excellent ending! Loved this story!

First Times the Charm by Vivian Wood- Veronica and Jaxson share class together where both noticed the other but never actually spoke, until the Halloween party. Jaxson's ex interrupts just as Jaxson is about to take her virginity making her feel horrible. Loved the way Jaxson didn't give up and proved he wanted more by the flowers and picnic! Great story.

Triple Threat by BB Hamel- Thus story is hot!!!!! Mason and Braden decide they want the uptight Elle and they want her together like they always do. It takes a little talking but she comes around and the results are hot. Loved the trifecta of the three of them working out their relationship together and falling in love with each other. Will definitely be reading more of this authors books!

Bump in the Night by Roxie Noir- Friends to lovers! Zelda and Logan meet at freshman orientation and are instantly attracted to each other, one problem, Logan has a girlfriend. By the time Logan and his girlfriend break-up, Zelda and he are already best friends and don't want to take that chance. The Halloween party was a chance to test it out and things turn hot! Great story!

Wicked Tease by Aubrey Irons- Cole and Addy, childhood friends turned enemies turned lovers. These two take you for a ride, especially Addy. Cole is pretty steady with how he feels about her, but you almost feel bad for her with the fact that she was told she had to be one way and she doesn't want it. Loved them getting locked in the wine cellar together. It forced them to actually talk. Would love to see what daddy would have to say. Great story!

Cops and Robbers by Tessa Thorne- Old lovers reunited. Loved the feel of this story. Callie had to break it off with Boone due to his past time and his families past. When they run into each other again everything is just how it was only now Boone is straightening things so they can be together. Hot scenes and great love story!

Phantom by Penelope Bloom- Reid has been interested in Sophia since he first saw her, but she continually turns him down. I do like the fact that she was able to relax. His quick leaving after taking her virginity was kind of proving what the others were saying about him but he did text her immediately and followed through with seeing her at practice then dinner. Loved it!

Always His Bad Girl by Amelia Wilde- Ex-lovers reunited! Alyssa breaks up with Jackson because he doesn't fit the sorority mold of what the perfect man is supposed to be. They run into each other at the Halloween party after 2 years of not being together. They decide to have one more night together, but in the end she decides she can't love without him and finally tucks tail and admits it. This story was very hot!

Against the Rules by Sophie Brooks- Carter is the TA for a class that Kaylee is in and both have had their eyes on each other since their first study group session, though neither knew it. I actually thought that Carter was really sweet in this. I felt bad for Kaylee with how the roommates pushed her, but in the end she got the results she wanted. Loved this story!

I actually got so tired of the same party being replayed by different couples, that I didn't read the last four short (not so short) stories. Some were better than others and some were very kinky! They were all hot!

OMG! Wicked Ways bundle is certainly wicked, naughty, steamy and much more! These authors deliverd a delicious treat just in time for Halloween! Once I started reading I couldn't stop. Some of these authors are new to me. I can't wait to read more from each of them. You will definitely need a spared pair of panties. Ryker and Catherine grew up next door to each other. Ryker is two years older and had a rough childhood. He leaves his parents home for two years without saying goodbye to Catherine. They meet up again two years later at a Halloween party. One of Catherine's friends refer to Ryker as a low life thug. Catherine doesn't defend Ryker and he gets upset and storms out of the party on his bike. Ryker turns around and decides not to run from Catherine again.

I loved the story of Ryker & Catherine. 5 stars.

Cassie and Jake went to high school together. They ran in different groups. Cassie is a nerd and Jake is a jock. Even though they liked each other from afar Jake never talked with Cassie because he didn't want to become an outcast. They are both in college now and end of having English Lit together but don't talk to each other till a Halloween Party. Will they confess their true feelings to live happily ever after?

I loved their story because Cassie is the underdog and comes out a winner. 5 stars hand down.
