I want to give it more stars than any book. like 100 stars. the trolls were not eaten by the Bergen. the name of the book is Poppy and Branch's big adventure. hope. she made me skip two pages but I could read the rest of the story which was progress for a trolls book
Tells the tale of how Poppy becomes Queen; Miss 7 likes that it uses images from the show.
Miss 7 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.
My children love these little books. They thoroughly enjoy each and every story, as if they are all unique and individual without any cause for similarity among them. Even though sometimes, they might seem tedious and repetitive to me as a parent, I do enjoy being able to read short-stories to my children that are clean and respective.
The kids were so mad that I wouldn't let them scour the pages, but hey, it was a library book. This Step Into Reading title eliminates most mentions of the main Bergen characters, but it's essentially a summary of the movie for emerging readers.
My little one loved the movie so he loved the book too. It did leave out one of the best characters in it's edited version of the film storyline, so even of it's genre, not a perfect example. But still fun for Trolls fans.
Pretty much a junior junior novelization, if that makes sense. It's the story of the movie, but distilled down to short, simple sentences so kids can read it for themselves.
