This was another great strength training book.

I learned a lot and have changed a few of my long-running workouts to better suit lifting for strength and power.

I always find it strange to read books that say "Bible" in them that aren't the true Holy Bible: New International Version - a book above all that I would recommend.
That being said, this was good!
