I think it’s worth 4 stars for people who are really invested in the success story & driven to make it.
I’ve developed a more spiritual approach to life, & prioritizing inner satisfaction, so I found some advice not very relatable.
Even so, I got a few good gems of inspiration out if it.

Very inspirational but also advice got repetitive after a while. Great read for anyone, not just females.

You might read the same advice more than once, but that just means you should really take it to heart. Loved reading this and, as a female founder, it made me feel less alone in this world.

Lovely collection of letters and experience sharing, very uplifting and motivating. Maybe nothing extra special hence 4 stars, but I did borrow some tips from here.
