Vampire's Return

Rate this book
Since the summer that changed the world, Gillespie Emerson has hated what he is. For two centuries, he has killed and tortured as carelessly as any vampire, but now all he wants is to go back to England. Finding others like himself, he sails across the Channel and lands on the Kentish coast, determined to make a new life in his old home, but will he live long enough to make the life he wants? Tired of waiting for Paloma to tell him if she wants him or not, Rowley Orrick leaves Cadenbourne to get some space to clear his head. What he finds will change his own life, and that of the young woman he loves, forever.

This was a book I was particularly looking forward to as the vampires in this series are vicious and uncontrollable so I was interested in seeing how the virus had affected them.
Gillespie Emerson is a changed vampire and all he wants is to go home to England but as vampires are killed on sight, will he survive long enough to convince the fairie court that he and the few vampires travelling with him are different?
Paloma is denying her recognition of Rowley but when he leaves to clear his head she is devastated and knows she must tell him how she feels, will she be too late ? Rowley's chance meeting with Gillespie and his group will have consequences that will change all their lives.
This is a one click series for me as it never disappoints and this author always delivers a story I just can't get enough of.

I love the Real world series and this book took it to a new level with an amazing twist a Vampire returning to his human side, the story is told as ever with the suspence and twist and turns, that this series just does so well, we see our wonderful characters develope further and grow as the world trys to resume to normal after the aftermath of the madness the humans suffered, this book is just amazing and will not disspoint anyone, but remeber you read to read the others in the series first. Thank you Eden Elsworth for yet another amazing escape into fantasy.
