Love and the Come Up

Reallyyyyyyyyy
I'm so ready for part 2. I felt as though Macy should have at least warned Haze that she had to move even though his mother died and all. Deep down I really think she got pregnant had a baby and all and didn't tell him nothing. After all this time I think Eniko and Ezekiel will start to form some type of relationship. It's good to know that Drix and Emanii are still going strong. Can't wait to see who Haze shot or tried to shoot in part 2. Great read Kellz Kimberly

Whyyy did it have to end that way. As usual this author did not disappoint. This book had me all in my feelings. I feel so bad for Macy. She has to be ok. Really Haze? I need part 2 asap.

‘Love and the Come Up’ was a story about 7 friends, four male and three female, who quickly become intertwined in love and relationships. Each character had his or her own story to tell, and each character had his or her own voice. I think that the characters were definitely relatable – you could see that they were clearly high school students by the way that they thought about life and relationships, and the way they expressed themselves.
I really enjoyed reading the different storylines with the different characters, and the story truly made me laugh at some parts filled my eyes with tears at others. I think that this story was much more realistic than usual in terms of how the events unfolded and how each character handled his or her various situations. There was suspense, there was drama, and there was entertainment. This was truly a great book, and the author has shown tremendous growth with the depth displayed in each character.
The only thing I can say that I didn’t like about the book was the ending. It was disappointing to me, but for the genre that the book falls into, it makes sense.

Not really into stories that the characters are really young and I could’ve done without the couple sex scenes seeing their ages as well. The group didn’t get into too much and the girls didn’t come off as tricks so it wasn’t bad to follow along with. The story was actually good though so I guess I’ll catch the next one. Besides, I have a feeling Martin is Mitch so I can’t wait to read just what or who the legend is.

This was a decent read but it was a slow read for me and I found myself disinterested through a lot of it. It was a bit entertaining towards the end, but not enough to make me want to read the other books in the series. I've read a few other books by this author and I liked them. This just didn't live up to it for me.

It was a good book with way too many errors. Misspelled words in books can be so annoying. It causes unwanted distraction.

Loved it
Here we have three girls who always just stayed to their self. They meet and become friends like they've known each other all the time. Enico sees a guy on the first day of school and like him a lot. He seem not to be interested but makes a move on her. When he does it and tells her they can't be more than friends it hurts her. She decides to take his friend up on his offer to see each other. Liam gets Enico to see him in a different light. Macy gets attention from Haze. Zeke wants Enico but has a girlfriend so he can't pursue her. All four guys are trying to come up just to be able to pay bulls & take care of their family. The girls are real young but know they are in love. Things are going great for everybody until a tragedy happens. When it does Macy father decides it's time to move. He takes her away at a time that Haze needs her the most. After three long years they are in a different state to get Emanii some food cause she's pregnant by Eric. As they do they see two girls sitting with their back turn. Haze decides he wanna talk to one of them. When he goes love and finally get her to turn it is Macy. He is so hurt that he pulls his gun. Not sure what happens but ready for part 2 to see.

Okay
The story took awhile to hold my attention because they were teenagers doing what teens do so it felt young to me. It started getting good after what happened with Liam although it was a sad situation. I can't lie though the funeral scene was funny. This was about friendship, love and loyalty. There's a lots of action and you will read this in one need sitting. It's not too long. The end will leave you wanting more. My issue with the story is if they wanted to keep in touch, they could have. All the guys drove and it not like Philly and New York are different continents. They were phone calls away. I like that it ended leaving you wanting more but I gotta see how the author explains them losing contact. It can't be nothing lame. Also, Martn and Erin were so bogus I get they wanted better for their girls but thugs are everywhere. They was teaching them things but doing the opposite.

It was a good story, not boring at all, but I was not expecting the characters to be so young. They were talking about love, heartache, heartbreak and all this grown stuff. A few of them were even bossing up on their parents and all I could think about was how they all needed to be snatched up. I admit that half way through the book, I was not sure If I was going to continue with this series, because of the age of the characters, but now that I know this is pretty much a coming of age type series, I'm going to stick with it. Like I said, the story is good. Bring on part 2.

Kind of Slow
I chose this read because I'm quite a fan of this authoress. I immediately like the dynamic in the characters, but felt them growing up was far to slow placed then I'd like. I loved that the parents were single. I was anticipating when Zeke`s character would mature more when it came to Eniko. Funniest part was definitely when home girl jumped in the casket. Haze and Drix was may favorites. I. Hopeing part 2 will be more captivating with the cliffhanger Kelly left me on☺.

Young love wow what a STORYLINE I never saw that coming never but then again I like Liam and I really think this character bouzouki is my belly I think that he Bellones with my girl and I'm sorry to see it come out that way but the drama action wow this was real I had a exciting page turning mind-boggling enjoyable really well this author never fails to stick me up pick me up and make me smile and also make me cry out freaking standing

First off this is a very good read and deserves 5 stars. Had me all in my feelings I mean you will not want stop till the end. It had a few minor errors but the way this book flows it wouldn't matter. I loved all the characters. It that ending though smh haze what have u done.

Good book, I love the Young Savages, all 4 of them. It was so sad what happen to Liam. I hope Zeke and Eniko end up back together. Please don't tell me Haze shot Macy. Lemon is just stupid and crazy. A cute story that leaves you wanting more. The author has great job with a well written story about young love heartache and pain. The girls are sweet, young and naive. The boys are young, street with tender sides. But life does bring reality, drama and death. Can't wait to see what comes next.
