Excellent Book!

I have suffered with digestive issues nearly all my life so when I found a book about food combining I was excited to try eating that way. However, the book lacked specifics about which foods to eat when. The Beginner's Guide to Food Combining was just what I needed to get started. This book is filled with information about the digestive process and food categories. I can't say enough about how helpful it has been and I know it will be a great reference book as I embark on this food journey.
