4.5 TREATING YOU RIGHT STARS
Although this book is an anthology of Alexa Riley works with the Halloween theme, I will just rate and review the story entitled Halloween Treats. The other stories I have reviewed already individually.
This short story was Awesome for me. The story is about an architect alpha Jack who is a hottie with a Rocking body! He is the the catch in this town. But he only has eyes for his Raven whom he called his little monster. (Yeah I know weird name!)
He thinks:
"That first spark and the feelings of protectiveness and love that come out of nowhere. One glance at Raven and I was instantly head over heels!"
Raven is a product of her environment. She was placed in foster-care at a young age. Consequently, she is a shy introvert who would never believe anyone would want her.
She thinks:
"I know that at the age of thirty, Jack is a well-respected architect in the city. He was recently named one of the most eligible bachelors in Seattle...I’m the new third grade teacher who’s a little overweight with no plans to change it. I’m not giving up sweets for anything, not even to get into a smaller size. I’m so shy and inexperienced when it comes to men, I can barely say hi to him...."
Now Raven may be reluctant to believe in Jack's intensions but that wasn't going to stop him.
Jack is in full stalker mode here! He sets her up in his building complete with camera surveillance and a door man.
He wants nothing to get in his way of claiming his hearts desire!

Totally awesome Halloween Bundle form Alexa Riley! Four dirty hot stories including one brand new!
Halloween Treats is a completely new story and one that put smile on your face for a whole day! It's very short, but so crazy sweet that I don't have proper words.
Jack Bates is one of best architects in Seattle. He is obsessive, possessive handsome men, who needs one look on this woman and is determineted to make her his. Raven Treat is a elementary school teacher, she is shy and loses her voice when Jack comes to her class to pick up his nephew. That kid. Aw ... He plays a no small role in the matchmaking these two. And it is adorable! Since it's Halloween, there is held a little costume party that ends with scorching hot scenes in bed.
This story simply has it all, is funny, charming and hot. I love Alexa Riley for it, because she always gives me the same, but still in a new different way.

4.5 'Sweet&Smutty Halloween' Stars!
I simply love the creations of these two amazing women! When I am on the mood for something OTT, sweet and super-hot, Alexa Riley always delivers!
This book is a bundle with all their Halloween stories (four of them, to be exact) and I read two: Buy Me 2 and Halloween Treats. LOVED Buy Me 2 to pieces, definitely a 5 STAR read for me! I will definitely be reading Buy Me 3 soon!
And I really enjoyed Halloween Treats too. I little bit too short for me but Jack and Raven are so freaking adorable! The only thing that I kind of did not like was him calling her "little monster":mmmm.. weird? lol Still, I enjoyed it a lot so I am rating it with 4 STARS!
With an overall rating of 4.5 STARS, I can assure you Halloween Treats is a great way to pass the time, enjoy some OTT stories and get in the mood for Halloween ;)

Spending Halloween reading this I got OTT bossy alpha guys giving their ladies many orgasms.
Four short stories with three HOT couples and one menage with a twist, these stories will send you running for s cold shower PHEW so much sex and kinky f*ckery.
My favourite of the four stories was Halloween Treats Jack and Raven are just so adorable.
I read one of Alexa Riley's book last Christmas but I don't remember it being this steamy. I have a new go to author when I need some erotica.
After reading Taking What's Wicked I will be reading her Forced Submission series next ideal for a quick smutty read at bedtime ;)

Jack is an architect. He has his own firm and charity for kids. And he fell in love with her the first time he saw her. He made his move at the Halloween Party. He's so sweet and I love a sweet man! Everything happened so fast and I loved it!
His nephew and little wingman, Scott is so adorable. And I loved the epilogue! Marriage and babies!

Halloween TREATS really is the most perfect title for this DELICIOUS read!!!
Sugary sweet hotness like the author’s warning acknowledges couldn’t be a better definition for this couple’s story!
Jack and Raven make the cutest couple EVER! And their little helper… Awww… So damn sweet! Raven was sweetness personified, the teacher is so caring and shy that when Jack, the work and family devoted architect, set his eyes on her, he installed knew she was future, now hejust had to come up with a strategy to take his woman, without scaring her off with the intensity of his desire. But Jack was a man on a mission and had no problem in doing what he could to slowly, (yes, I was so surprised by his patience, since it didn’t follow the AR’s hero modus operandi insta bluntness, lol) take over Raven’s life, unknowingly to her. As excepted, an OTT alpha male can only take so much waiting, so his nephew’s Halloween school party proved to be was the perfect setting for him to show all his cavemen tendencies and take HIS woman! I LOVED his brand of alpha, pure stalkerish goodness. Yes, I adore an obsessive stalker as H, it pushes all my tingling buttons, and this one fitted the bill perfectly! *cue fanning myself*
This review concerns just Halloween Treats, but since I read all the stories in this bundle, I have to say it’s most definitely a MUST read, one click, holiday treat!!! 3* jack O'treat STARS!
Again, still not expected this story will sugary sweet. However, it was fast enjoyable story without OTT drama. Typical. But hey, this is Halloween without the trick. Let's savor the treat.
Raven Treat (as silly as her last name) is a school teacher with no romantic experience. She's ordinary woman like every one of us. Also a bit nerd. She's likable character. Jack Bates already 'stalked' her since the first time he saw her. Asking her for dinner is the moment he's been waiting for. Jack was too-good-to-be-true kind of man. But he's helplessly in love with Raven.
Their intimate scenes was really lovely and tame. At first, Jack was like a caveman, but after with Raven he turns into marshmallow. Hmph. Not really my liking, but still okay. At least the heroine isn't a doormat and Jack was smart enough to claim her.

We all know its always a win or lose for me,
when it comes to Alexa Riley books and,
we also know that 3 stars means 5 stars in my language for AR's books.
Believe me when i say that, "This book was the best of Alexa Riley I've read after "Shielding Lily"
I loved Jake, he was same alpha male AR writes about but also at the same time there was something unique about him.

Raven & Jake together were combusting. Their chemistry was just out of this world. I was rooting for them, which i usually don't in AR's books because duhhhh !! we know there'll be a HEA. So, why rooting for the MC. but here i was rooting and fangirling for them :D

She is one of the brave main character Alexa Riley had written till now. I am seriously anticipating her full length novel now. The girls have improved so much in these years. <3
The Halloween Vibes in this book was just killer & imagining Jake as a joker & Raven as a Harley Quinn was the highlight of this book.
The slow build in their relationship and the teacher fantasy with some halloween vibes, this Novella was the best. Fully recommended to anyone who reads Alexa Riley or want to read something new.

And let me just say there is nothing frightening about this book unless you consider the fact that you will be spoiled rotten with these sweet concoctions.

Halloween Treats es una novela amena, sencilla y entretenida que te mantendra distraida un rato.
Sinceramente, creo que si me gusto tanto fue porque esta lectura me resulto un poco mas dulce de lo que suelen escribir estas autoras y ese fue un cambio muy agradable.

This book contains two stories that are (very) losely connected to Halloween. Both stories definitely get the steam on, but AR are always good with that.
Nevertheless, both stories had a level of obsessiveness I didn't find as funny as the situations in other books by these authors and especially the one about Charles and Mandy had some rather questionable elements in it that I couldn't fully enjoy. Because no matter what, I can't seem to completely switch my brain off so some themes will therefore never work for me and I need an actual story that makes at least a little sense too.
Nevertheless, I had fun, as usual (in the purely comical sense as much as in the steamy one), and the book gave me a nice way to unwind.

Ahhh....it feels like I got the old AR back with this book *happy dance*
Quick, short read with a virgin heroine and an obsessed hero - AR standard. What made this better than the previous few books was that the heroine was NOT sexually aggressive and the Hero was NOT a virgin (I find it hard to believe that a virgin hero can be a sex master the first time....)

Halloween buddy read with the MacHalos.
Picking up 3 stars for a rating was a difficult decision. Let me tell you why. There are 4 stories in this little anthology of which I loved one, was creeped out to the point that I wanted to hide under the bed by two and the 4th was so ridiculous that my eyes hurt from all the eye-rolling.
The men from two of the stories give a whole new meaning to the word stalker. Like those two need to be put behind bars for the safety of society and not be portrayed as hot dominant men. believe me there's a difference between stalker and dominant. Someone putting cameras in your room without your knowledge is the type of man that will end up killing you for being late 30 seconds.
Riding Red is so over the top cheesy that I gagged a few times. Seriously it's so f@cking ridiculous it should be used as a definition for the word in the dictionary. And this comes from a person who mainly reads things that have zero connection with reality!
The only story I really liked was the one that features role play. And it was obvious from the get go it's a role play despite the attempts to be presented as even without the disclaimer at the start of the story. It was just freaking hot and made up for the rest of the stories in this bundle.

Sweet, short Halloween themed goodness! Alexa Riley never fails to bring it! There are a few of her previously released titles in this, but this review is in regards to Halloween Treats.
Jack was a wonderful hero. Sweet, sexy and confident. AND not a manwhore!
I’ve been focused for so long on building my firm and creating new and exciting things that I let any sort of love life fall to the side. I haven’t had a girlfriend since middle school, and the last time I took a woman on a date, a Bush was president.
He helps his sister out by occasionally taking her son to school where he sees Raven, his nephews teacher. He instantly falls in love with her and he knows he has to get her to fall for him as well. He gets his nephew to help him out. It was cute, like a mini wingman of sorts.
But one day when I walked into his class, I spotted Raven. That’s when I knew what my mom and sister had been droning on about all these years. That first spark and the feelings of protectiveness and love that come out of nowhere. One glance at Raven and I was instantly head over heels.
Raven was sweet, and shy. A recent college graduate who had worked hard to become a teacher. She lacked self confidence but she was happy. She of course noticed Jack, as well as every other single teacher did, but she was clueless to his desire for her. It takes her friend, Apple, to open eyes to his attraction -
He’s never seen out with a woman, and now he’s asking you to go out on a very public date. Not only that, everyone has been whispering about how he’s always looking at you. Something he’s never done with anyone else. Just you. All this shows me is he really wants you. This isn’t a game. He’s more than into you.”
Although very very short, it is well worth it.

An exquisite, treat bundle!! This Halloween AR created the perfect sugary book with four wonderful stories, three of them we've seen before Riding Red, Buy me 2 and Taking what's wicked..
The fourth story is new and it's about Halloween of course season and this year Raven is going to live something extraordinary.. Jack her student's uncle, the thing that she doesn't know is that the filling is mutual he wants her and "No" isn't the answer he is going get.
All the way sweet story with our guarantee AR characters, this book scream perfection anyone who already has read the other stories completely understands what i'm talking about..
Definitely recommend it cause here are all the great goodies in one bag...what's not to love??

Halloween Treats was about a teacher called Raven who gets snapped up by Jack, his nephew is in her class at school. She things she is nothing to look at but Jack sets out to prove to her just how beautiful she is.
Buy Me is a good old virgin auction where Charles bids on Mandy, binding her into a 30 day contract but he soon realises that 30 day will never be enough.
Riding Red was a really different read for me as it was a shifter themed story but I really enjoyed this. Dominic has been waiting to find his mate for a long time and when Ruby moves into town he immediately recognises her scent, he has found his mate. Once the full moon kicks in he will claim her.
Happy Halloween Sabrina finds herself in a 'situation' with two guys, Dante & Porter. Let's just say that no crevice gets left untouched in this story. Whilst I was initially shocked and uncomfortable in the beginning of this story, it all made sense in the end.

This book was so sweet. Jack was absolutely adorable the things he did to get his little monster (Raven). He went above and beyond to win her heart, he was perfect! This book was definitely a sweet treat and just in time for Halloween!

Ok I gave this more stars after it was redone.
The first time it came out the main story was the last story and I had to skip them so I didn't read at first. They had an update and made this the main story like they normal do and then I read and enjoyed. It was a short sweet insta love AR is known for. I like the couple and it was a nice quick cute sexy read.
