Suspenseful Paranormal Series
I could not stop reading this story that is full of twists and turns that keep you on the edge. It is a romance story but not a typical one at all. I highly recommend this series and sorry don't want to reveal all and spoil this truly well written series.

The good storyline, well written and drew me in.
Contains some Romance, some violence and no course language what I can remember.
The narrator does a wonderful job. Giving each character their own unique voice.
I enjoyed it.
It ends on a cliff hanger.

Good
This one was good and continued the story however it did not keep me glued to it even at the end I had no problem putting it down to do something else.

The Calm Before the Storm
This is the first time in a while that I couldn't bring myself to give a book my five star rating. The primary reason is because I felt that this story started in a singular location and now by the end of book four, has branched out into multiple areas. I understand that it is sometimes necessary to keep the story fresh and interesting but at the same time I felt it prolonged the suspenseful events that have kept me reading. With that being said, I enjoyed seeing Eleira grow into herself as both a vampire and a witch. I am digging the edgy Phillip although the discovery of his sudden burst of strength has not happened yet. I can't wait to see that explosion. I use to like bad boy James but now I feel like he has become quite careless in this new coven he is trying to make. I think Beatrice is certifiably insane and cannot wait to see karma come back to repay her for all the harm she has caused. I am pleased that Morgan reappears by the end of the book and feel like I am about to see her show her true colors (I've got my popcorn ready). In closing, I enjoyed reading this installment and look forward to seeing what happens next.

Madness and mayhem
The Queen is in a coma. Eleira and Raul travel to the King’s Crypt to try for peace and a cure for the wound inflicted to Raul. Phillips craving for blood is taking over his life. James’s craving for power is warping his mind more than ever since Smithson left him for dead. Carter and Deanna are inciting more discontent in the Haven and Beatrice is becoming increasingly more twisted in her experiments. Will any of them come out intact. The pursuit for power is on and will good triumph or will there be dark eternal. I enjoyed this book and I am eager for the next book and answers for the fate of the world to be resolved.

Great read.
This by far has been the best book in the series I read. It was fast paced and kept your attention all the way through. I was duo thing continuing the series but this book has me hooked. I can't wait to read the next one.

Raul was overly sensitive in this book and James was a complete

Addictive!

Such a good series! You can’t help but like or hate the characters . The authors imagination is amazing creating this different vampire world. Each books gets you more linked in to their world. So many secrets! Can’t wait to read next one!!

I didn’t really like the series. I felt like it was too simple, and you could always pick what was going to happen next. I found it hard to connect with the characters and feel any form of suspense etc.

I figured this and hoped it would happen. This series is starting to grow on me. Now that I have to wait for the next book to be released. Once thing I don't like about the books since they are not all out is the endings leave you hanging until the next book wondering what is going to happen. I know sometimes that is a good thing but other times it's not.
Eleira and Rahu and the rest of the gang have a lot going on. James I feel is losing his mind. Phillip is starting to lose his grip on humanity and not liking him at the moment. I liked him when he was nice like Rahu and not like James.
Philip gets hurt and betrayed by a member of the Royal Court and she helps another one of the snakes kidnap the Queen. Now that the Black Witch is gaining strength and all of the witches feel the darkness coming. It does not look good.
When they get the Queen back Eleira feels that something is off and when they find the vampires attacking the humans she sees what she fears. The Queen has gone dark.
If you have read the first part of the series and decided that you really liked the first but it went south for you. I urge you to continue reading. They are getting better. I am looking forward to what comes next and I hope all of the bad ones gets what is coming to them. I would like to see peace between the King and Queen the their sons but I don't see that happening. Maybe the King and Queen will get together but that could not be a good things since both of them are messing with dark magic. I guess we will have to wait and see.
I am looking forward to when Eleira and Rahu can really be together and happy. I also hope that some way some how April comes back and is with Phillip. That would be a good pairing.

This book has blown my mind! The completely unpredictable twists and turns in this book are phenomenal! Just as I thought one conflict was about to get resolved it not only got more complicated, but different issues were also happening at the same time. All I know for certain in that with all the complexities going on even though they are happening in different places...it's all going to have to come full circle. I can't wait to read the next book!!!
I've noticed there has been some comparison to this series and A Shade of Vampire. I also read that series. The only minor similarities, are basic facts on vampires. For example, they need to stay clear of sun, they drink blood, and there is a hierarchy among them. That's where I feel any type of comparison ends. The storyline of A Vampire's Gift, is totally it's own. Author E.M Knight, is the master of keeping her reader's on the edge of their seats. I strongly recommend reading the whole series.

Another phenomenal book!
This series has gotten better with each book released and has not only kept me on the edge of my seat but also wanting more! We have seen our Heroine go from a quiet shy girl to a powerful Vampire and witch. The author has beautifully captured this progression in her journey through the past 4 books and I can't wait to see where the next one takes her. There is a little bit of everything in these books; suspense, romance, action, you name it and it all comes together seamlessly to make an amazing story that captivates the reader thoroughly. I can't wait to see what happens next in The Haven!

This book was great, I started reading this and couldn't put it down,just when I thought I knew what was going to happen, a new twist occurs. I can't wait until book 5 comes out, I hope I don't have to wait long... the suspense is killing me...
this book is not a stand alone, but you will not be sorry if you read the series, especially if you have kindle unlimited.....

I have read 4 of the books in this series,and have enjoyed them all,can't wait for the next one. The books make you feel like you are watching through a window while reading it. I had a hard time putting them down,really enjoyed them a lot. Thank you,will be waiting patiently for the next one.

The Gift Series
I can't wait for the next book. Very engrossing and exciting to read. The characters and plots are so involved it makes for a very ex citing story.

Amazing and agonizing as a cliffhanger.
Wonderful read vampires and witches just wonderful. This has a very opposite feel of a shade of vampire. Can't wait for book 5.
