Good, captivating and honest read about cold-water marathon swimming, which I do and business, which I also do. I found it highly enjoyable given my interest in the sport, the work life and the "engagement with the world" aspects of this book. The author has found a high level of success in both the swimming and in business, and his experiences to get where he is in both are valuable to read about - and he writes about them well, and from the heart, which is so welcome to this weary traveller on this journey called life. One minor nit: it could use one more good proofread.
