A whole book full of Mark Ginocchio's wonderful prose about Spider-Man! What more could a web-head fan ask for?

I love this book regardless of the fact that my name is throughout, but that Tom DeFalco called me Dapper Dan Gvozden... well... that makes it the best book I've ever read.

While this was a fun and informative trip down memory lane, some of the chapters were a bit repetitive. Some of the chapters should have been condensed or removed altogether but marketing-wise, 100 is an easier sell than 50 or 75. That criticism out of the way, this book was written by a fan and it shows. My to read list grew longer thanks to this book.

Amazing book—no pun intended. Mark obviously knows Spider-Man lore and comic book history well. This book describes significant story arcs in Spider-Man comics, comprehensive analysis of main characters, and a broad overview of Spidey’s media universe. I would highly recommend this well-researched, easy-to-read handbook to Spider-Man.

While a little repetitive at times this book was very informative, even for a big Spider-Man fan who already knows a lot of the history. It is obvious that Mark loves this content and did his research when compiling this list of key moments (real and fictional) surrounding Spider-Man comics as well as key characters.

An excellent journey of Spidey's world, from his early Lee/Ditko/Romita days to the current big screen MCU superhero. Funny, charmingly personal and informative. I'd recommend it to everyone...from a new fan looking to learn about Spidey to the diehard fan who thinks they know everything!

When you taught you know everything about the friendly neighbourhood, Mark Ginocchio drops more details, unknown and interesting facts. A wonderful read. Gain more knowledge and able to connect to many information relating to comics and Spider-Man movie franchises.

This was so much fun to read as a Spider-Man fan. I learned a lot about the origins of my favorite superhero in the comics, the drama within the writers circle, the behind-the-scenes of the movies, and insights behind some of the more well known Spidey stories. I now have a list of things to check out and I can not wait!
