As a migraine sufferer for many years I am always picking up books on migraine in the hope that there just might be something new to try. What I really appreciated about this book is that it makes no attempt to suggest there might be a cure, or some new treatment just around the corner, but it does cover all the options and is straightforward about pros and cons. And I am trying something new as a result of reading this - I am not expecting miraculous changes but if it helps, just a bit, then that is a success.
