In a glance, it's the kind of world where hero and monsters are common thing. Not exactly unique since he's not the first person to think of idea about breaking out of the mould that only a single person/group can become super hero. I think Ratman and Tiger & Bunny, although I never read either.
There are some things that captivated me.
The drawing is clean, and added with the relatively slow pacing (somewhat reminds me of countryside slice of life romance genre) gave a quiet and serene atmosphere to the story.
While the main character have background that could move the story, they are focusing on a consultation story for the heroes.
And the little bit of very close relationship between the sisters. :)
Of course, comparison to the over-hyped One Punch Man is inevitable. But this story brags less about big numbers of hero and villains.
I really hope he can keep on with this kind of story, but this is Jump, albeit Jump SQ, so hope is not all lost. Wouldn't even try to get attached if this is Shonen Jump.
