It was one of the best biographies I've ever read. The story of Stephen King's life flowed so smoothly that before I knew it I had finished the entire book. It was an amazing story of overcoming addiction, poverty and his incredible persistence to keep writing. Anyone who likes Stephen King or writing should read this.

This book is actually written for teens or young adults, which I didn't realize until after I had checked it out. It is quite interesting though and I did learn some new things about our favorite horror author.

This book was interesting. I have read some of Stephen King's books, so i thought it was cool to read about him. It actually had good information in it also. Unlike other non-fiction, this book wasn't boring. It found ways to keep you interested. I also liked that it didn't just give you facts, it found ways to tell you a story and facts I would recommend this book because Stephen King is a great writer, and its good to read about him.

This is an excellent pocket biography of the horror master. I agree with another reviewer who thought the author found good ways to keep the reader engaged. She clearly did her homework, and I appreciated that she was not pretentious. If you’ve ever read one of Stephen King’s novels or watched a movie or TV series, you’ll appreciate the background on one of America’s most celebrated storytellers. I would pick up another one of her biographies.
