Another great read for development professions, although slightly outdated in terms of some of the communication styles-could do with an update to bring it out of the late 90s/early 2000s. The examples were wonderful illustrations of the techniques and best practices outlined in each chapter. This book would set any organization up well for starting or improving a major gifts program.
