Look Out Ladybug

Rate this book
This sturdy board book filled with big, bright, full-page, full-color illustrations has tiny sunken tracks on every page. Each track is just the right size so that toddlers can run a finger across the picture, following the trail of a colorful ladybug. Some trails are straight, while others have curves or wiggles or corners--but each trail moves across a picture in exactly the way that the story's hero moves. Very young children will love these stories, as they trace a finger through a flower garden, or up a flight of stairs, or across the back of a big, furry dog.

We really liked this book. The book says there is a grooved track in the book so little fingers can move along with the progress of ladybug, and sure enough, mine were running their fingers along the groove very excitedly. After this I'm off to find more books like this because this was a hit!

Found this while going through some boxes. I forgot I still had this book. It is really cute. Great for toddlers and pre-school ages, even.

Cute pictures but I didn't enjoy reading it. It just didn't flow.
