As I sat down to review "CD-Roms Rated: A Guide to the Best & Worst CD-Roms & Multimedia Titles", I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over me. The late 1990s and early 2000s were a time of great innovation and experimentation in the world of technology, and CD-ROMs were at the forefront of it all.
