این کتاب توسط یک پزشک نوشته شده و تعاریف و راهکارهای بهتر و عملی تری نسبت به سایر کتاب های مشابه داره. برای شخص من، تعریف نویسنده از استرس به کل کتاب می ارزد. استرس، عامل خارجی نیست، نحوه پاسخ ماست، در واقع این ما هستیم که یک ماوقع رو به استرس تبدیل میکنیم.

started reading that book because I experienced panic attack but the book was not helpful. awful & wastes my time. It is not helpful even For minor Stress.
every body knows that in stress they should think about good things but it is the problem.
you Cannot cool down & keep calm. The book is repeating problem over and over.
